叫用排程(Call admission control)在無線蜂巢網路中提供叫用用戶通暢無阻的通話過程，扮演一個相當重要的角色。我們提出新的排程的目的在：「有限制的新叫用戶阻塞率之下，能減少交遞用戶阻塞率」。為了要降低交遞用戶阻塞率，我們提出兩個新的排程：其一為機率型保留要求(Probability Reservation Request Scheme, PRRS)，這排程是以虛擬的帶狀距離門檻提供不同可發射保留要求的機率；其二為動態距離門檻(Dynamic Threshold Distance, DTDS)，這排程繼承了PRRS的效應並且嵌入簡易型行動性排程(Simple Mobility Scheme, SMS)。SMS是以蜂巢邊界附近的群體行動台的位置資訊轉化成可以控制PRRS中的帶狀距離門檻的參數，使其能夠上下擺動。我們提出的模擬結果顯示了新的排程在交遞用戶阻塞率上有明顯的降低。

The call admission control (CAC) plays a significant role in providing the desire of no congestion way on communication with cellular phone in wireless networks. We propose new schemes to reduce the handoff dropping rate under the limited new call blocking rate. Our proposal is based on the probability reservation request by setting virtual threshold distance parameters. To reduce the handoff dropping rate, we proposed two new schemes, Probability Reservation Request Scheme(PRRS), which send reservation request on virtual banding threshold distance, and Dynamic Threshold Distance(DTDS), which inherited PRRS and inset the Simple Mobility Scheme(SMS), which swayed the banding threshold distance up and down for controlling the inherited PRRS effect according to the locations of group mobiles on the neighbor of cellulars’ boundary. Simulations of the proposed schemes show substantial performance improvements for reducing handoff dropping rate.
