本論文旨在對墮胎問題的道德層面做一初步地探討，期能藉由底下各章節
的討論，得到初步地釐清。第一章導論首先藉由探討墮胎問題的三種基本
層面（醫療、立法、道德），以說明道德觀點對於墮胎問題的重要性，並
說明本文採用道德觀點探討墮胎問題的理由（第一節）；第二節中將進一
步說明墮胎問題的三種道德觀點（反對墮胎的保守主義、贊成墮胎的自由
主義及採取折衷態度的溫和主義），做出綜合性的概述，在第二、三、四
章中將分別闡述。第五章筆者則嘗試以羅斯所提出的「初步義務」概念為
根據，對墮胎行為做出道德上的判斷，並以道德行為的「三值」意義（應
該……、應該不……、並非應該……）說明兩種可以容許的墮胎行為類型
（避免危及孕婦生命或身體健康時的治療性墮胎、因強暴而受孕的墮胎）
及其成為道德原則之例外的理由。

This paper try to clarify the ethical problem about
abortion. I have distinguished three different ethical
theories concerns it:the conservative view which against the
abortion(chapter 2), the liberal which admits the rights on
abortion(chapter 3) ,and the moderate view (chapter 4).In
chapter 5,the concept of prima facie dyty of Rawls will
become the mainly canon in declaring my opinion on the
ethical problems of abortion. My conclusion is that there are
two particular situations which permit our abortions(the
abortion as a cure for saving the pregnant woman''s life or
protecting her healthy,the abortion adopted under the
pregnancy caused by rape) and I will show why in this last
chapter.
