根據IDC(國際數據資訊)最新研究報告顯示 ，2015年Q2全球大尺寸面板出貨排名出現重新洗牌的狀況，分別為樂金、群創、三星、京東方與友達，除了來自南韓廠商的威脅外，中國大陸的快速崛起亦是重大挑戰。
技術推陳出新，產品生命週期也越來越短，各家廠商無不處心積慮提高生產良率以期降低成本，並求新求變透過產品差異化以創造顧客價值。在4K2K面板問世後，以高畫質的面板解析度快速擄獲消費者的心，惟其製程困難度增加，如何提高各製程間1~2%間的良率甚至是減少報廢率，以及利用差異化跨大市占率皆奠基於企業長期累積的技術。
近年勞工意識抬頭，政府亦在政策上輔導企業重視勞工工時與工作安全，部分企業甚至聘請專業外部講師於內部課程中宣導工安方面的相關知識。
本論文以個案A公司製造部門偏光板重工站點為例，運用PDCA方法以提升偏光板重工良率為研究目的。研究結果指出，改善作業手法，使用適當的治具，可提升偏光板重工良率，輔以人因工程找出降低人體負荷的行為模式，以期減少可能導致職業傷害的危害。希望研究結果對於面板業偏光板重工站點良率的提升有所助益。

According to the latest research of International Data Information (IDC) indicates that the global shipments ranking appear reshuffle situation of large size TFT-LCD are LG, Influx, Samsung, BOE and AUO namely in Q2, 2015. Not only threats from Korean companies, but are also from the mainland China rise rapidly.
Innovative technology shorten the products that makes vendors increase yields of product in order to reduce costs actively, and through innovative differentiation product strategy to earn customer’s value. The advent of high-density 4K2K panel captured the consumers’ but also increases more complexities of production process. Improves the production process yield to 1-2%, reduces scrap rates and uses the differential product strategy to enlarge market share are founded on long-term accumulation of technology.
The workers’ awareness rises in recent year. The Government provides training program on labor hours and job security. Some of companies hire professional lecturer to have safety knowledge speech for internal faculties.
The main purpose of this paper is to improve the yield rate of polarizer rework station for case company with PDCA approach. The research findings indicate that uses appropriate fixture may raise the yield of polarizing rework, reduce occupational injuries with behavior patterns to reduce body burden with human factors. We hope that the findings provide the helpful enhances for polarizing rework station of panel industry.
