父女亂倫家庭中母親之創傷研究

摘　要

本研究旨在透過母親對其遭遇父女亂倫經驗的敘說，理解與詮釋母親因應亂倫事件的歷程、主觀感受以及亂倫事件對母親所造成的創傷。本研究之研究參與者，是個四十歲左右的虔誠基督徒。
本研究採用敘說研究取向，透過深度訪談進行資料蒐集，研究結果如下：
1. 父女亂倫事件引發複合式的心理創傷，包括：震驚、否認、自責、憤怒；強烈的失落感；創傷後壓力疾患；污名化及其他衍生性情緒與症狀。
2. 在因應亂倫事件的歷程中，心理創傷與生活事件不斷的發生交互作用，來回擺盪在不同的想法與感受之間。
3. 亂倫事件形成創傷歷程與復原歷程兩大主軸，這兩個主軸同時並進，彼此交互作用著。此兩大主軸可以粗略的分成三個階段：揭發期、準備期、重生期。
4. 在研究參與者的創傷與復原歷程中，宗教信仰扮演著弔詭的角色，教義規範惡化心理創傷，也僵化因應方式，對復原形成侷限。但宗教卻又提供安全的傾訴對象、哀悼空間及重構意義的參考架構，以超越自我，獲得重生。

A Study on the Traumas of the Mothers in Father-Daughter Incest Families

Abstract
Understanding and interpretation of the process, subject feelings and traumas of the mother induced by the father-daughter incest event is the aim of this study. The woman participated in the study is a devout Christian and about forty.
According narrative research approach, the data was collected by depth interview and analyzed in a holistic-content perspective. As follow are the findings：
1. The father-daughter incest event induced complex traumas: shock, deny, self-blame, fury, multiple losses, posttraumatic stress disorder, stigmatization and other kinds of negative emotions and psychological symptoms.
2. In the process of coping to the father-daughter incest event, the complex traumas constantly interacted with the life events. It trapped the mother into conflicting impulses and made her struggle in widely different perspectives or feelings.
3. Two main aspects, the trauma process and the recovery process, formulated the whole story. The aspects were ongoing and interacting with each other simultaneously. Both of the aspects could be roughly divided into three stages: disclosure, recuperation, revival.
4. Religion played a treacherous role in the process of trauma and recovery. Religious teachings deteriorated the traumas, ossified the coping strategies and stuck the recovery. At the same time, religion provided the mother with security for mourning her losses and grief, and with reference framework for reconstituting meaning.
