臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

隨著資訊科技的發展，企業越來越仰賴各類資訊系統於日常的營運及組織的決策，然而隨著新系統的導入，也開始面臨資訊孤島的問題，新系統與現有系統彼此獨立，導致資料分散重複、系統間資料不能共享、資料不一致、或是需要花費人力進行系統間資料整合等問題。本研究藉由分析個案公司之訂單接收及立帳處理流程，探討在訂單管理系統與ERP系統未進行系統整合的情況下，所面臨的作業問題，透過文獻探討，整理不同層面的系統整合特性及優缺點，最後基於個案公司之系統整合需求，提出以應用系統介面的整合以及中間式作為個案公司之整合方案，並分析採用此方案後對於個案公司問題之改善。

Following the advancement of information technology, enterprises rely on information systems for daily operation and organizational decision making. However, along with the implementation of systems, enterprises become facing the problem of Information Islands. The new information systems and existing ones are independent of each other, resulting in some problems, such as the same data is stored in multiple systems; data cannot be shared between systems; data conflicts and may need some manual works in order to make the business processes been completed. By analyzing the process of order taking and accounting process, this study discuss the operation problem in the case of that order management system and ERP system are not integrated. Base on the literature survey, we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different integration methods. According to C company’s system integration requirement, this study proposes an integration architecture base on application interface and intermediate method, finally analyze the improvement of the problems of C company.
