本研究目的在了解諮商師的個人結案經驗、結案觀點、對結案經驗之自我覺察，以及上述三者之關聯。本研究共訪談八位諮商師，其中五位女性、三位男性，每位均接受一至兩次訪談，將訪談所得之資料進行分析，得到以下結果：
一、個人結案經驗：包括個別化的結案意涵、個案因素引發的經驗、 關係體驗、結果與追蹤四部分。
二、結案觀點：分為何時結案、結案步驟、結案的意義性。
三、自我覺察內容：包含個案因素、諮商關係、諮商師角色、結案策策略、人生分離議題、人性本質六方面。
四、個人結案經驗、結案觀點、自我覺察內容三者互相影響，亦即個人結案經驗與結案觀點相互影響、結案觀點與自我覺察內容相互影響、個人結案經驗與自我覺察內容相互影響。
研究者並針對上述結果進行討論，據此對諮商師、諮商督導員、未來研究等方面提出建議。

The purpose of the study is to understand the counselor’s personal termination experience、his/her view of termination、his/her self-awareness of personal termination experience, and the inter-relationship between each two. Eight counselors participated in the study, five of whom are female and three male. Each participant was interviewed once or twice. Through the analysis of interview data, the results are as follows：
1.The personal termination experience includes the individualized termination meanings, the experience elicited by clients, the experience of relationship, and the outcome and follow up.
2.The view of termination includes the timing of termination, the steps of termination, and the meanings of termination.
3.The content of self-awareness includes the client factors, the counseling relationship, the counselor’s roles, the termination strategies, the life separation issues, and the human nature.
4.The personal termination experience, the view of termination, and the content of self-awareness are interacted with one another. The personal termination experience and the view of termination are interacted with each other. The view of termination and the content of self-awareness are interacted with each other. The personal termination and the content of self-awareness are interacted with each other.
The results of comparison and analysis are discussed. Based on the discussion, suggestions are made for counselors, supervisors, and future research.
