女性自殺企圖者的生命經驗之研究
摘要

本研究的目的在探討女性自殺企圖者的過去生命經驗、自殺未遂的機轉以及自殺經驗對生命的衝撃。本研究以立意取樣的方式，請精神科醫師、諮商專業人員及宗教團體推薦，邀請曾有自殺經驗一次（含）以上，曾用各種方法意圖殺死自己，但未導致死亡結果，且她們已經藉由諮商或宗教探索及整理過自殺經驗，且一年之內未再有自殺行為女性自殺企圖者共計四人，進行訪談研究。
本研究以詮釋現象學為方法學，以主題分析法進行文本分析，經過研究者的現象還原及文本資料的詮譯之後，與研究參與者互為主體的同意下，共歸納出五個共同主題如下：一、原生家庭的傳家寶。二、經歷婚姻生活的嚴厲考驗。三、自殺是當下生命的出口。四、歷經生死交關，存活的機轉。五、重生對往後生活的衝擊。
透過這五個主題的交互理解，研究者逐層地發現女性自殺企圖者生命經驗的本質本研究，得出下列結論：一、原生家庭影響，既深且達。二、婆媳對立衝突，婚姻變質。三自殺是解構，為了再建構。四、手段變目的，可能會致命。五、生活是折磨，也是琢磨。最後針對研究結論，提出對於自殺企圖者及後續研究的具體建議。

The Study of the Female Suicidal Attempters' Life Experience

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to explore the female suicidal attempters’ former life experience, the mechanics which helped them survive and the life impact through their suicidal experience.
The study was based on hermeneutic phenomenology as the methodology. Thematic analysis was adopted for analysis strategies and steps. The participants, recommended by the psychiatrist and religion group, were committed suicide at least before once. They have not committed suicide for one year.
According to the results, the female suicidal attempters' life experience of the participants included five common themes:
1. The treasure from the original family.
2. The rigid test through married life.
3. Suicide-the exit to the life here and now.
4. The mechanics to survive.
5. The life impact after survival.
By the intersubjective understanding, conclusions of this study were as the following:
1. The influence from the original family was great.
2. The marriage quality became worse when mother-in-law and daughter-in-law were contradicted.
3. The purpose of suicide was to deconstructed and reconstruct.
4. It was crucial to put them to death when the method became the purpose.
5. The life was tortuous and refined.
At last, according to research conclusions, some comments were offered for the future research and suicidal attempters.
