臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

目標：探討社區老年人在園藝治療介入前後對心理健康之影響。方法：本研究採準實驗法，以立意取樣選擇台中市二社區老年人，一社區為實驗組，另一社區為對照組，年齡滿 65歲且通過簡式健康（心情指數）量表（BSRS-5）分數 >6（總分為 20分）之老年人為對象；實驗組（20人）進行為期八週，每週一次，每次 60分鐘的園藝治療課程，對照組（20人）維持正常作息。兩組參與者皆以園藝治療評量表為評估工具，於第一週活動開始前進行前測、第八週活動結束後進行後測。比較兩組前後測之差異。結果：1.實驗組在認知、心理健康、生理促進及社會互動後測平均數均大於前測，達顯著差異（P<0.05），對照組並未達顯著差異，也就是說對照組並無明顯的改善。2.心情指數實驗組 z值= -3.95，達顯著差異（p<0.05），對照組 z值= -0.98，無顯著差異。結論：園藝治療可應用在社區老年人活動中，以增進其健康老化。老年人身心狀況可能會影響其前後測認知的情形為本研究主要限制。

Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of intervention of the horticultural therapy on psychological health among the community-dwelling elders.
Methods: This study used the quasi experiment method, purposive sampling and recruited elders people from two communities of Taichung City. One was for experimental group and the other was for control group. Participants qualified were over 65 years of age and were depression symptom based on the score of Brief Symptom Rating Scale (BSRS-5) if scores were larger than 6 points (total score of 20 points). The experimental group (20 people) proceeded with the horticultural therapy for 60 minutes each time, once every week, lasting for total 8 weeks while the control group (20 people) remaining regular schedule of their life. All of the participants in the two groups did the protest in the first week before the activity started and the posttest in the eighth week after the activity ended. The results were evaluated with the horticultural therapy evaluation sheet and were compared the differences between the protest and the posttest of the two groups.
Results: 1. The experimental group shows significant progress on their cognition, psychological health, physiological benefit, and social interaction (p < .05). There was no significant improvement in control group. 2. Comparing to control group, the score of BSRS-5 in experimental group has a significant differences (z = -3.95, p < .05).
