本論文的研究對象為顧廣毅的系列創作《陰莖口交改造計畫》，此計畫利用牙醫學與組織工程等科技，進行了一系列關於男同志的身體改造想像。筆者欲將分析與研究創作者許多關於「藝術與科學」的跨領域生產方法。在生物藝術、預測性設計等不同領域的脈絡之下，去觀察《陰莖口交改造計畫》的實踐形式所處的位置。同時也會從文化研究的角度去思考《陰莖口交改造計畫》，將此作品與相關的視覺理論、精神分析理論、酷兒理論連結，去詮釋與分析《陰莖口交改造計畫》中的酷兒與虐戀實踐。創作者在這個計畫中試圖去擾動資本主義社會下僵化的人文與科學的學術系統，並且藉由創作中對男同志追求性快感的刻劃去與當代醫學中父權結構下的異性戀霸權體制對話。不管是在「藝術與科學」領域還是酷兒研究領域，《陰莖口交改造計畫》都試圖提供在創作與研究上新的可能性。

本論文分成三大章，第一章主要在描述《陰莖口交改造計畫》的創作細節，尤其是針對其科學實驗與醫學手術設計的描寫，藉由對於此系列作品在科學研究上的理解，去考察這樣跨域創作的方法。為了更深入地探索《陰莖口交改造計畫》穿梭於藝術與科學的方法論，第二章將回溯世界各地相關的「藝術與科學」作品，並建立一個生物藝術的分類系統，利用此系統去觀察《陰莖口交改造計畫》與其他作品的相對關係，同時在這樣的分析之下去推敲藝術與科學領域合作的價值所在。第三章則是將《陰莖口交改造計畫》系列作品與相關的視覺理論、精神分析理論以及酷兒理論，透過分析作品中的視覺型態去探討作品中男同志族群的情慾結構，以及作品中所蘊含的酷兒精神。

This thesis focuses on the serial creations of “The Fellatio Modification Project” of Taiwanese artist Kuang-Yi Ku. This project is a series of imaginative oral modifications with dental technology and tissue engineering. I will discuss the different interdisciplinary practices by exploring many bio art projects all over the world. Then, we can find out where “The Fellatio Modification Project” is in the “art and science” history. Besides, the thesis will interpret the artworks in terms of visual theory, psychoanalytic theory, and queer theory. According to the analysis, the artist want to destabilize the traditional academic system between art and science, and try to have a conversation with the patriarchy and heterosexual hegemony. As a result, this project attempts to provide new possibilities for research methodology in “art and science” and queer study.

This thesis divided in three chapters. In chapter one, I will describe the making procedures of “The Fellatio Modification Project”, and specially concentrate on the scientific experiments and the designs of surgery. In chapter two, in order to research the methodology between art and science in this project, I will construct a simple classification system of bio art. Next, I will observe the relations between “The Fellatio Modification Project” and other bio-art creations, and try to find out the values of collaboration among art, science and technology. In chapter three, “The Fellatio Modification Project” will be connected to visual theory, psychoanalytic theory, and queer theory. Therefore, I will investigate the sexual structure of gay community in this project , and then figure out the queer spirit in it.
