The construction of the global smart machinery capital under Taiwan's "Industry 4.0", includes: Establishing the Smart Machinery Park, the Smart Machinery Development Center, and the Smart Machinery Alliance as well as the industrial settlements that encourage international cooperation opportunities to open up niche markets around the world and cultivate wisdom with the establishment of the North-South robotic human training and application center for machinery and manufacturing of cross-domain talents. As a matter of fact, these concrete tasks for building a global smart-machine capital require stakeholders including public sector policy guidance and promotion, academic research, practical experiences, and all industry employees to work together across borders to make it happen. This study has explored domestic and international related issues and empirically explored relevant theories and research, selected research methods, and then considered the economic conditions faced by the case company and the internal conditions of its’ organization and changes in the environment. The information that can be collected and disclosed in past and present development is the scope of the study. In addition, it is also determined to use Taiwan’s “Industry 4.0” process to develop smart manufacturing business with various stakeholders including the promotion unit (Ministry of Economic Affairs) and executive units (high-level managers in the machinery industry, middle-level professional managers, and low-level employees on the case company). Then, the research works with the thesis advisor to determine the interview questions and implementation methods to obtain individual research object and data collection, and give follow-up data analysis, and finally answer the research objectives set the problem, and put forward different conclusions and related recommendations.
