健康保健的觀念逐漸為大眾所重視,而相關的醫療與保健行為也因此特別受到許多的關注。生老病死是人類生命過程中必然經歷的循環,大部份的病患在生病時大多會會尋求醫師的協助,及早就醫以提高治愈率已是大多民眾所能接受的觀念。然而,醫療領域俱有一點的專業程度,對於罹病的患者而言,如何有效找尋適合治療自己疾病的醫師是刻不容緩之議題。通常病患對就醫之選擇,大多是參考其他病患間口耳相傳的醫師診療療效、口碑與眾人所推薦之醫師作為求醫之對象。或是以方便性為考量,選擇與住家較近距離的診所進行就診,以利後續就診。幾乎很少有病患進行醫師之學經歷背景和專長所學調查,再依自身病況進行就診,例如:皮膚出現問題,病患會尋求附近皮膚科診所,或與皮膚科相關之醫療院所進行求診。然而,當病患的病情與醫師專長不相符,就會降低治療上之效果甚至產生延誤就醫的缺憾,適切醫師推薦是值得投入的研究議題。

本研究主要以醫師人際網絡,探討網絡中每個角色間之關係特色,與存在互相影響之特徵,為病患進行醫師的推荐。醫療網絡本身即存在一定的封閉性,如:醫生的學歷、經歷與專長等,因此若能考量整體療網絡,為病患進行進行診療醫師的推荐,更具參考價值。本研究是利用社會網絡分析,先進行師學經歷背景、醫師專長及目前服務醫院之縣市網絡建構,並將來自不同且獨力之網絡資源進行整合和分析。藉由各種網際網路上的資源,將研究樣本醫院之網頁中不同性質的醫師個人資訊進行蒐集彙整後,從中發掘出醫師人際關係網絡,進一步透過索引醫師關係開發醫師推薦服務平台。本研究平台主要的服務對象為病患,當病患需要即時找到適合的醫師時,便能透過醫師學經歷、專長關係程度及就醫可近性等不同之重要程度,以獲得接觸之管道和初步了解與醫師相關之訊息,並期望藉由研究結果可有效提升患者選擇醫師之效率,節省就醫所花費的成本。

Human health care is gradually accepted, and more and more people pay much attention to health related behavior. Unfortunately, being ill is an inevitable part of life. Nowadays, it is a widespread concept that improves cure rate through go for doctor earlier when getting sick. Medicinal expertise domain, however, is a close loop specific expertise. Therefore, the way to find an appropriate doctor is the greatly urgent issue. In general, when doctor selection, most patients consider take a lots of objective into consideration, such as: doctor with great remedy, high reputation and much others recommendation as the priority. It is contradictory, few patients take doctor’s medical background and the profession into consideration for their doctor selection process.

This research intended to set up a social network for medical doctors and to discovery the mutually features and relationship between networking role (such as bridge) in the medical network. At first, some networks, including: doctors’ education, working experience, profession and location of hospitals, are establish via Social Network Analyze perspective. Most information, such as doctor profiles, sampling hospitals are collected via Internet. Then, the medical doctor recommender platform are developed by integrating and analyzing different and independent sorts of network resources. The proposed platform sets to service patients; it tries to make them get appropriate medicial doctors. The proposed platform is expected to improve the doctor selection efficiency and then reduce the expenditure of taking medical treatment.
