The Chlorophenols is carcinomatous, mutation remains and their wide applications, so the investigation of photodegradation of Chlorophenols was attached to the waste water treatment in daily. Update photocatalyic degradation of the chlorinated aromatic compounds appears to be a promising method, in particular, when using TiO2 as a stable and inexpensive photosensitive material. The results show that the improvable reaction equipment is good decomposition efficiency to photodegradation reaction of 4-chlorophenol, too. The initial rate of the 4-chlorophenol oxidation is increasing with the initial concentration, the flow of inlet air, the incident light intensity. The optmum condition under considering the cast are at the 0.49 g/L concentration of TiO2, the 60 mL volume of initial reaction, the 7 L/min flow of inlet air, the 3.15 of initial pH and 12 number of solar lamp. There is similar trend between 4-chlorophenol and 3-chlorophenol with the improvable reaction equipment, and the photodegradative rate of 4-chlorophenol is smaller than 3-phlorophenols.
