本研究主要是探討國內四大報業媒體與社群網站（Facebook及PTT），針對「國軍洪仲丘下士禁閉死亡」案之文字雲的分析比較，資料蒐集分別從兩個面向取得，第一個是從國內四大報，包括蘋果日報、中國時報、自由時報及聯合報，蒐集四大報報導洪案相關新聞，第二個是蒐集社群網站有關網友對洪案之文章及留言，臉書以「公民一九八五行動聯盟」為代表，而PTT軍旅版為另一網路社群資料蒐集來源。在民國102年7至8月這兩個月為國內媒體及網友搜尋、討論最高峰時期，而這兩個月內發生五件事件點引起媒體多篇幅的報導及社群網站網友熱烈的討論，運用文字詞彙分析系統工具，分析四大平面媒體報導與社群網站網友留言，透過文字雲詞彙頻率的大小解釋其所關注議題之關聯與差異。
透過文字雲詞彙分析系統分析，從中可以發現，除了可以瞭解四大報報導之間的差異，隨著每日案情的發展，透過媒體的報導，間接影響網友討論的話題，而當網路社群引發群體行動或網友爆料非媒體所掌握之訊息，也會引起媒體關注報導。

My assumptions are based on the recent issue “Corporal Hung’s misled to death in the Barrack”, and the research specifically highlights the method “Word Cloud”, which is incorporated with comparison and analysis, including four domestic renowned newspaper agencies and social websites, i.e. This database is derived from two aspects as follows: Firstly, I’ve made the collection of the whole news related to the case CPL. Hung via the news agencies including Apple Daily, China Times, Liberty Times and United Daily News. Secondly, I’ve gathered the discussion about this case via the social websites. As far as the Facebook is concerned, one of the most representative forums in Facebook would be “1985 Citizen Campaign League”. Likewise, I’ve taken the crucial comments and opinions from “Military Section in BBS” as my source pipeline as well. The data has been recorded about two months from Jul. 4th 2013 to Aug. 31st since this case took place. It also met its highest peak while not only people but media also considered this case to be the top headline during this period. I utilized the content analysis to have a better understanding upon the influence from the four domestic news agencies and social websites by words snd phrases. By analyzing and comparing existing frequency about this case, I try my best to elaborate and find out if there exists any sort of obvious correlation or discrepancy between media and social websites’ discussion.
I found a subtle pattern to depict the progress relevant to this case by consolidating necessary information and Word Cloud content analysis. While the development of this case grew up, the media report resulted in influencing people on the Internet indirectly. On the contrary, the media reporters would also tend to take advantage of the issues which people circulate on the Internet the most as their main priority for further headline. We can see the connection from Word Cloud.
By analyzing the ‘word cloud’, we can find what the discrepancy is between the four news agencies.These messages made by social media indirectly influence web forums. As the social web group action and the news released from web forum, they can also get attention from media report.
