情境語義學是20世紀80年代誕生的一種新的語義理論•這個理論是一個基於意義是位於生活環境中的意義理論，而情境語義學的基本想法在於經由思考與動作我們利用複雜的物件與性質去直接或間接的去區分實體的成份與局面或情境•
在計算機科學與訊息科學中，本體論是表示領域中的一群概念與概念之間的關係的資料模組•本體論在人工智慧、語義網、軟體工程、醫學資訊與信息架構作為表達世界或部份世界的知識形式•
在本論文中，我們將以情境語義學中訊息條目為訊息系統，並且利用本體論中的實體、屬性與關聯所具有的各種特性作為知識儲存架構•

Situation semantics is a new semantic theory generated in 1980s. The basic idea of this theory is that in thought and action we use complexes of objects and properties to directly and indirectly classify parts and aspects of reality, or situations. And, situation semantics is a theory of meaning based on that meaning is located in the interaction of living things and their environment.
In both computer science and information science, an ontology is a data model that represents a set of concepts within a domain and the relationships between those concepts. Ontologies are used in artificial intelligence, the semantic web, software engineering, biomedical informatics and information architecture as a form of knowledge representation about the world or some part of it.
In this paper, we will design the infomation system with infon in situation semantics. And, we will good use of the characteristic of entities, attributes and relations in ontology that is adopted to build the Knowledge storage structure.
