The essay is the co-work project of Department of Electrical Engineering,Ming Hsin University of Science & Technology And Lian City Industrial Company。The key initial motivation is due to the society is changing rapidity and industry is growing faster then before, In order to improve the productive speed in production line as well as the pass or failed of the products in the production line,which urges the research project to come into being。
At present,most of digital image process system can be applied into two major applications, which are proceeding image monitoring and image identifying。When the system applies in the pass or fail of the products in the production line,it can save a lot of time and use the resources effectively (human resource)。As for image identifying system,it’s based on personal computer and essential software as basic structure and the system can mostly apply to the testing of production line in the factory,which can speed up the product identification and avoid the damages from human error。
The essay research is mainly divided into two parts,the whole article includes the system which can develop a software control system and software identifying system。The first part mainly explains about the hardware of proactive car panel control。It plans for the program system to regard on car panel control and to control car panel by A/D、D/A transferring card,which control its panel's LED lights' on-and-off switch and rotational speed。
The second part principally interprets about image identifying software,It uses the computer's CCD camera to catch the image value,and to identify the image which captures the image。 In addition, it also decides the difference from the car panel's LED light's bright or dark。According to elements of color,a transferring speed table,a gear wheel table,a oil table and temperature and so on. It reduces the time of identifying as shortest and increase the identifying rate to achieve the manual identification instead。
The result of the project concludes to substitute for manual identification,and saves the time of accurate panel identification to achieve the most effective result and accurate rate。
