臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究主要在瞭解智能障礙者之一般手足知覺的手足關係因其不同背景變項，以及因智能障礙者不同背景變項而產生的差異情形；一般手足知覺的手足壓力因其不同背景變項，以及因智能障礙者不同背景變項而產生的差異情形；並探討智能障礙者一般手足之手足關係與手足壓力間的相關情形。
本研究之研究對象為十五歲以上的智能障礙者之一般手足。研究工具以研究者自編「智能障礙之手足關係及壓力關係問卷」進行調查，共發出280份問卷，回收有效問卷有174份，可使用率為62.14%，並以相依樣本t考驗、獨立樣本t考驗、以及單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析。本研究的主要發現如下：
一、 智能障礙者之一般手足其正向與負向手足關係沒有顯著差異。
二、 智能障礙者之不同性別、年齡的一般手足，以及不同性別、障礙程度之智能障礙者其手足關係沒有顯著差異。
三、 排行居中的一般手足之手足關係顯著高於排行老么的一般手足之手足關係。
四、 智能障礙者與其一般手足年齡差距為2歲6個月以下以及2歲7個月至5歲其手足關係皆顯著低於智能障礙者與其一般手足年齡差距為5歲1個月以上的手足關係。
五、 智能障礙者之一般手足其負向手足壓力大於正向手足壓力。
六、 智能障礙者之不同性別、出生序、年齡、年齡差距的一般手足其手足壓力沒有顯著差異。
七、 不同性別、不同障礙程度的智能障礙者與一般手足之手足壓力沒有顯著差異。
八、 智能障礙者之一般手足的手足關係愈正向，其壓力感受愈小。

根據上述研究發現，本研究最後提出研究限制以及具體建議，以提供智能障礙者之一般手足、家庭關係、政府機構、以及未來研究參考。

The main purposes of this research project were to understand the sibling relationships of the sibling on the effects of different background variables of himself and the sibling relationships of the sibling on the effects of different background variables of the sibling with mental retardation, in addition to the stress of the sibling on the effects of different background variables of himself and the sibling with mental retardation. And we explore the correlates of sibling relationships and stress.
The sibling over 15 years old and without a disability were sampled for survey. The “Scale of the Sibling Relationships and Stress of the Sibling Who Has a Sibling with Mental Retardation” were employed as the study instruments. This research applies the questionnaire inquisition, including 280 questionnaires distributed and 174 of them returned and valid (usable return rate = 62.14%), to proceed the statistic analysis. The quantitative date was processed and analyzed by repeated measure t-test, independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA .The main finding of the study are as follows:
1. There were no significant effects in the positive and negative sibling relationships of the sibling without a disability.
2. There were no significant effects in sibling relationships of different gender and age of siblings without a disability, in addition sibling relationships to different gender and seriousness of mental retardation of siblings with mental retardation.
3. The sibling relationships of the middle-born sibling without a disability was more than the last-borns.
4. The sibling relationships of siblings whose age spacing were within 2.5-year-old and between 2.5 and 5-year-old siblings with mental retardation was less than the sibling relationships of siblings whose age spacing were over 5-year-old siblings with mental retardation.
5. The negative stress in the sibling without a disability was more than the positive stress.
6. There were no significant effects in stress among different gender, birth order, age and age spacing of sibling without a disability.
7. There were no significant effects in stress of siblings who have different gender and seriousness of mental retardation of the sibling with mental retardation.
8. The more positive sibling relationships was, the less stress siblings without a disability perceived.
Based on findings of the study, some suggestions to siblings without a disability, family relationships, government agencies and future studies are proposed.
