近幾年來,汽車電子設備及產品的發展在汽車產業中呈現快速的發展,釵h的通訊產品(3G、4G)、導航設備、車輛安全裝置..等等,這些大量的電裝部品在設計上也變的更加複雜,加上汽車本身長時間處於充滿噪聲、干擾的環境下,汽車電子是不是具備優異的電磁兼容性能(抗電磁干擾、電磁耐受性)就變得更為重要;在今年台灣車輛法規首次導入成車EMC驗證項目為符合因應國際車輛法規與發展趨勢及全球汽車發展方向與目標,車輛驗證及檢測已在汽車產業發展扮演著重要的角色,未來將著手檢測的品質內容、技術能力及設備是否能夠執行安全檢測,為符合國際組織標準將是未來車輛測試產業中不可忽略的發展趨勢。本論文的主旨在於藉由各種車型的對策分析結果,提出一套就設計的規範,並希望能在車電部品開發初期的階段就能避免後續因對策EMC的問題而浪費大量的對策時間及人力、物力。
In recent years,automotive electronics equipment and product development in the automotive industry showed rapid growth,many communication product(3G、4G)、navigation equipment、car safety device.. etc,these electronic device in the design technology also become more complexly and the car self is full time in the noise and interference environment,so the car have the excellent availability of electromagnetic is becomes more important,Vehicle regulations in Taiwan this year that first time import vehicle EMC test items, its for compliance with international regulations and trends in vehicle,the verification and testing of vehicles in the automotive industry that will play an important role,the future will focus testing the quality of content,technical capabilities and equipment is able to perform safety testing,to meet the standards of international organizations will be the future vehicle testing industry trends and can not be ignored。
Thrust of this paper that by various models of countermeasures achievement and analysis result to sorting a set of design specifications and propose a set of specifications on the design,we hope can avoid the response time of EMC countermeasure and man power before device development lot。
