近年來，室內裝修係我國營造業高風險作業類別的首位，營造業發生職業災害為各行業之冠，主要原因為室內裝修作業大部分屬於小規模的工程，而在工期方面都非常的短，導致人員在室內裝修的行業流動性非常高。在這種情形下，雇主與勞工較容易忽視作業時的安全，導致意外災害之發生。
其次主要原因為勞工安全自我意識不足產生的不安全行為，是造成職業災害發生的主要因素。雖然新進人員都有接受過職前教育訓練，當事故發生時勞工卻沒有災害預防的認知。若雇主能以過往事故發生的缺失經驗讓勞工瞭解災害預防的知識，並分析其事故發生特性及原因，提出災害預防對策，降低缺失重複性發生，仍為未來室內裝修作業防災之重要課題，而這為本研究探討目的。
本研究目的為探討室內裝修業職業災害預防與改善措施，以某公司之室內裝修業半年來安全衛生缺失進行分析，並依照安全衛生發生時間因子(月份、日) 、災害發生因子(工程種類進行群集分析，在以安全衛生缺失前三名的工程種類作為主要分析)，並將缺失類型分成(每日檢點、墜落防止、個人防護具、感電、工作場所、火災爆炸、機具設備、環境整潔、局限空間、其他)等11種職災類型。在進一步以職業災害類型前三名作為主要探討，並以安全衛生缺失最多種類前三名之工程種類建立出正確安全衛生作業標準，以問卷調查的方式，調查勞工對於常見安全衛生缺失之職業安全衛生法(簡稱職安法)法規的知識及正確性，並輔以電腦軟體分析的方式，針對調查結果提出災害預防與改善措施。

In recent years, interior decoration is the first in the high-risk operation category of China's construction industry, occupational disasters in the construction industry are the highest in all industries,the main reason is that most of the interior decoration work is a small-scale project, and the construction period is very short. The industry that leads to people in the interior decoration is very mobile.
Secondly, the main reason is the unsafe behavior caused by the lack of safety and self-discipline, which is the main factor causing occupational disasters. Although new recruits have received pre-employment education, there is no awareness of disaster prevention when the accident occurs. If the employer can learn from the experience of disaster prevention with the lack of experience in past accidents,analyze its accident characteristics and causes, proposed disaster prevention measures, reduce missing repetitive occurrences, still an important issue for disaster prevention in interior decoration operations, this is the purpose of this study.
The purpose of this study is to explore occupational disaster prevention and improvement measures in the interior decoration industry, analysis of the lack of safety and hygiene in the interior decoration industry of a company for half a year, And according to the safety and health occurrence time factor (month, day), disaster occurrence factor (engineering type for cluster analysis, in the main analysis of the top three engineering types that lack safety and health), the types of occupations are divided into 11 types of occupational disasters: daily inspection, fall prevention, personal protective equipment, electric power, workplace, fire and explosion, machine equipment, clean environment, other, limited space, etc. In the further discussion of the top three occupational disaster types as the main discussion, and to establish the correct safety and hygiene standards for the top three types of engineering with the most safety and health problems, in the way of questionnaire survey, the author investigates the knowledge and correctness of the occupational safety and health law (referred to as occupational safety law) regulations for the lack of common safety and health, and supplements the computer software analysis method to propose disaster prevention and improvement measures for the investigation results.
