本研究旨在探討八週彈性阻力訓練對青少年運動員敏捷、速度及爆發力之影響。以新竹市某高職學校籃球及羽球選手共16名為受試者,以隨機分配分為彈性阻力訓練組8名、控制組8名,除專項訓練外,訓練組另接受每週兩次、每次35-40分鐘彈性阻力訓練,共計八週。在實驗前後兩組皆接受爆發力(垂直跳)、敏捷(T型敏捷測驗)及速度(20公尺直線衝刺)測驗。以獨立樣本T檢定比較兩組在前測是否具顯著差異,所得結果再以二因子混合設計變異數(two-way ANOVA, mixed design)分析各變項在組間與組內是否有達顯著;再以成對樣本T檢定分析組內各變項在前後測是否有顯著改善。顯著水準訂為p <.05。結果:訓練組在垂直跳、T型敏捷測驗組內達顯著差異;控制組T型敏捷測驗組內達顯著差異,兩組組間皆無顯著差異。訓練組在垂直跳、T型敏捷測驗前後測達顯著差異、控制組T型敏捷測驗前後測達顯著差異,20公尺直線衝刺則皆無。結論:本研究獲得的結果為八週的彈性阻力訓練可以顯著提升青少年運動員垂直跳及敏捷性。建議未來可以透過彈性阻力訓練來增加敏捷及爆發力的能力。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of eight-week elastic resistance training on the agility、speed and power of adolescent athletes. sixteen basketball and badminton athletes from a vocational school in Hsinchu City were randomly divided into elastic resistance training group (ERT n=8) and control group (CG n=8). In addition to regular special training, the ERT received 35-40 minutes of elastic resistance training twice a week with eight weeks in total. Both groups received power (vertical jump), agility (T agility test) and speed (20-meter straight sprint) tests before and after the experiment. Independent T-test was used to compare the difference on pretests between two groups. two-way ANOVA mixed-designed was used to analyze each variable has significant difference between groups and within groups. Paired sample T-test was used to analyze of whether the variables in the group have significant improvement before and after the test. The significant level is set at p < .05. RESULTS: ERT showed significant differences within groups in vertical jump and T-type agility test; CG showed significant difference within groups in T-type agility test, and there was no significant difference between groups. ERT had significant difference before and after test in vertical jump and T-type agility test, CG had significant difference before and after T-type agility test. 20-meter straight sprint is no. Conclusion: As a result, eight-week elastic resistance training can significantly improve the performance of adolescent athletes’ vertical jump and agility. It is suggested that the future can through elastic resistance training increase ability of agility and power.
