　　從一九四九年中華國民國政府退守至臺灣，中國大陸由中共治理以來，兩岸的內戰紛爭延續至外交上的競逐。一九九五年六月李登輝總統訪問美國，震怒了中共高層，中共並且不惜犧牲與美國的多項外交關係以示抗議，但是唯一受到影響的卻是兩岸的談判從此陷入谷底，至今尚未重啟談判大門，究竟什麼樣的臺灣因素影響著中共與美國的外交關係呢？基於此項動機，所以將論文題目訂為中共對美國的外交政策中台灣因素之影響分析。
　　在七○年代以前，中共只和共產世界國家打交道，美國的外交影響力不及中國大陸，但在歷次的中共對台武力攻擊中，美國總是站在敵對的一邊。七○年代中共與美國關係正常化之後，「台灣因素」就成了中共常用來壓迫美國讓步的施力點，一九七九年中共與美國建交，中華民國的國際地位被壓縮至谷底，按照中共的想法，台灣是中國內政問題，台灣是中國的一個省，外國不得介入中國內政問題，否則就侵犯了中國的主權。在此套邏輯之下，美國與台灣的官方關係不被容許，美國的關切台海安全被視為干涉中國內政，美國的軍售台灣根本就是外國勢力的介入，是美國殖民帝國主義的表現。
　　此篇論文是以定性研究為主，將和本論文相關主題的資料，不論是報紙、期刊、論文或是專書，蒐集整理之後，加以歸納分析並做評估，除了從歷史演變的面相做論述之外，再找出定特定的主題加強研究，所以時間範圍是從一九四九年兩岸分裂至一九九七年為止；內涵範圍包括：中共與美國的雙邊外交關係、兩岸關係的演變、中美國外交的變化、美國在兩岸間的角色扮演、以及中共與美國間的台灣因素分析，並到出台灣的國際地位問題、台灣獨立問題、中共武力犯台問題以及美國對台軍售等四大台灣因素來討論，以求中共對美國的外交關係中台灣因素影響。

　　Since the R.O.C government came to Taiwan, and Mainland China fell into the hands of P.R.C.in 1949, the struggle of the civil war continued in the diplomatic acts. Being the US, the superpower of the world , the foreign policy always led other countries. So for a long time, the reseach students concern about the political development and diplomatic relations of the three governments very much.
　　Before 70''s, the P.R.C.government only made friends with other communist countries. The American foreign influence didn''t affect the Mainland china.However, in the wars over the Taiwan strait, the US was often in the hostile side. It could be said that they were born enemies . In 70''s, after the relationsaip normalization, the Taiwan factor became the point that P.R.C.government kept trying to make the US making a concession. The US established diplomatic relations with the P.R.C. government in 1979, and Taiwan''s international position was down to the bottom of a gorge in the world. If according to the P.R.C''s clain, Taiwan is a province of China. No country should ever interfere on the matter, otherwise it would infringe upon the sovereignty of China. Under this logic, the governmental relations between the US and Taiwan are not allowed. And if the US shows concerns about the safety of Taiwan, the P.R.C.government would take it as interference in the Chinese civil affairs. So, American arms sale to Taiwan meant that the foreign strength infringes upon the Chinese affairs, and this was interpreted as American colonialism and imperialism.
　　Thus paper will abopt the method of qualitative ersearch. Through the collection of the data in connection with this article, include the newspapers, periodical magazines, or other thesises and books, this data will be generalized and evaluated furtherly. Execpt the argument by historical conspectus, this paper tries to find the particular subject to discuss. The research has tow methods, one is the historical research, the other is the policy analysis research. In the time range of the research of this paper is from 1949, the breaking up of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, to 1997.
