In recent decades, Vietnam economy witnessed a fast and sustainable growth of garment and textile industry, it plays an important role in national social economic development. The aim of this study is to evaluate employee’s job satisfaction in garment and textile industry. It focuses on the role of job satisfaction factors and their impacts on employee’s overall job satisfaction. The method of this research is qualitative research design. The researcher designed questionnaire and sent to employees. The data obtained from survey will analyzed by using SPSS and then statistical analysis by reliability analysis, ANOVA and multiple linear regression.
The result shows that there are 3 main factors effecting on employees job satisfaction including training and promotion, working conditions and income and welfare. In particular, the factor that has strongest impact on employees’ job satisfaction is training and promotion. The next factor is working conditions and followed is income and welfare factor. The overall job satisfaction of the employees in garment and textile company is at the positive level. In addition, based on the findings, this study propose some solutions for managers more understand and make policies that enhance employee’s job satisfaction, keep them work harder and better and devote for the company.
