Wiki在近年來逐漸流行,尤其是在維基百科的成奶妨寣A在Wiki網站中,並不限制使用者必須登入或是註冊,所有使用者皆能夠在任何頁面中進行任何編輯行為,並提供網頁的回覆機制以保障Wiki網站的穩定,Wiki成為了一個新興的知識分享環境,能夠快速且有效的建構知識庫。本研究結合社會認知理論和社會資本理論,對Wiki社群中的知識分享影響因素進行探討。挑選5個國內較流行的Wiki社群,以網路問卷方式邀請曾經在Wiki社群中參與知識分享的成員進行填答,共蒐集115份有效樣本,以PLS進行分析檢測。研究結果指出結果預期、信任、認同、社會互動聯繫、和同儕關係對Wiki社群成員知識分享行為具有顯著正向影響關係,提供給往後欲使用Wiki作為知識分享環境或進行相關研究的使用者及研究者作為參考。
Wiki is rising in recent years especially after the success of Wikipedia. The Wiki webs allow anyone to edit any pages without login or register, and provide restore system for stability, Wiki could rapidly and efficiently build a knowledge base. The research aim at the antecedents of knowledge sharing in Wiki communities using an integration of social cognitive theory and social capital theory. Chose 5 popular Wiki communities in Taiwan, surveyed those Wiki communities members who have knowledge sharing experience in Wiki. Collected 115 effective samples, and used PLS for data analysis. The result shows that outcome expectations, trust, identification, social interaction ties, and peer relations have significant positive influence on knowledge sharing. This paper may help managers and researchers with identifying users` motivation of knowledge sharing behavior in Wiki.
