俄國作曲家葛利耶爾(Reinhold Glière, 1875-1956) 於1943年完成聲樂史上第一部寫給人聲的協奏曲《花腔女高音與管弦樂團協奏曲》(Concerto for Coloratura Soprano and Orchestra)，其音樂富含浪漫後期抒情的聲樂表現力，而作品之器樂協奏曲的創作概念，使這個傑作脫離傳統，成為獨樹一格的聲樂作品。它揭開了聲樂藝術全新的面貌。
本研究會提供葛利耶爾生平及此協奏曲的基本背景，而所有的分析皆根據歌唱旋律、協奏曲式、樂團編制與器樂特質幾個面向提出。最後，將從歌者的立場討論演唱詮釋的可能性。

Russian composer Reinhold Glière (1875-1956) wrote the Concerto for Coloratura Soprano and Orchestra, op. 82, in 1943, which is the first concerto written for voice in the history of vocal art. The music contains lyrical vocal expression of late Romanticism. Also, the concept of instrumental music makes this master work stand out of tradition and become a unique piece of vocal music. It reveals an entire new appearance of the art of vocal music.
This study provides basic information about the life of Glière and the background of the concerto. All of the analysis is based on aspects of singing melody, concerto form, orchestration and characteristics of instrumental music. To conclude the study, the possibility of interpretation will be discussed from the point of view of a singer.
