在現今科技蓬勃的時代,光學量測已經為一種不可或缺的技術,因此本文為提供一利用光學的方式,來檢測材料內部的均勻性,以及表面的平整性。一般干涉儀所能提供的量測性質,多是以干涉條紋的圖形為主,並藉由干涉圖包含大量的信息。為了要分析這信息,必須藉由計算機將干涉圖的數據作深入的判讀。

本實驗之方法所提供之紋影系統量測法,為非破壞性之物理檢測方式,因此尚能針對貴重材料或是及其他的透明材質,也能利用此法進行檢測,而為了提升其靈敏度,也針對本實驗之系統作細部的修正,並且證明的確也提高其量測的品質。

In this study, we provide a homogeneity measured method for clear material with non-destructive examination. Even though the harder or more expansive material could be also done by this way. We will focus on sensitive improvement for Schlieren System. Finally, we conform this modified Schlieren System with higher sensitive than regional system.

With the technology process and industry skill development efficiency, optical measurement will be very significant. We use Optical skill through Schlieren System to discuss the material homogeneity. In this system, we also using Matlab to calculate the optical signal for judge measured sample.
