臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

「參與志工」是重要的社會資本，對個人生活福祉亦有正面的影響。本文研究志工對老年群體的福祉之影響，同時探索性的分析這個群體參與不同類型志願性服務工作。所使用的自變項為志工參與、性別年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、工作情形、個人全年收入等。依變項為：一、對人信賴的程度、感受快樂、感受健康的程度。二、參與志願性服務工作項目。在資料分析方面，是以二元邏輯迴歸方法，分析有無參與志工的機率，並預測志工參與項目。同時，也針對志工參與者對人信賴的程度、感受快樂、感受健康的程度，以多項式回歸相關分析得出參數估計和檢定。
研究結果發現參與志工對老年群體的福祉有著正向之影響，亦即是參與志工的年長者，其「對人信賴」、「感受快樂」、「感受健康」的程度也較高。本研究的政策意涵是，志願服務在學歷、收入、性別、年齡受限愈小的情況下，可以鼓勵更多的年長者参與志工的貢獻行列，俾使個人及社會均得效益。

Volunteering" is an important and effective social capital. This study attempts to investigate the relationship between volunteering and well-being among the elder population. The well-being among the elder volunteers had not received sufficient research attention. To fill this knowledge gaps, I used a sample of 5,419 volunteers for the current study. The findings show that volunteering has significant effects on level of trust, happiness, and perceived health. This study also explored types of voluntary activities (such as service in hospitals, social welfare agency and religious organizations) among the elder population and their socio-demographic correlates.
