臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究目的為探討拒學國中生的主要照顧者之生活經驗，了解對於家有拒學孩子的父母來說，生活呈現什麼樣子，而自己的想法及感受又是如何，過程中又可能遭遇什麼樣的助力或阻力。本研究招募四名受訪者，藉由半結構訪談蒐集資料，並採用現象學觀點，以主題分析法進行資料分析。

本研究所得結果共分為以下四個主題：
一、初遇養兒新挑戰，內外壓力雪上霜；
二、難料顧此失彼方，一家共體起波瀾；
三、再求變法護心肝，多方助力盡心嘗；
四、回首改觀思遠路，全心首盼子安康。

根據上述研究結果，提出下列研究結論：
一、主要照顧者面對孩子拒學時，同時承受家庭內外的壓力，生、心理皆受到影響，會出現不同負面情緒；
二、主要照顧者為因應孩子拒學情況，改變個人職業與生活安排，而家庭成員的互動也連帶受到影響；
三、主要照顧者除了穩定個人狀態，亦求助家庭內外不同資源，以求改善拒學孩子的學習、身心狀態；
四、主要照顧者調整個人價值觀，由追求孩子成就轉為期盼孩子平安喜樂。

最後，針對上述結論，本研究提出後續研究以及輔導工作實務之建議。

The purpose of the study was to explore primary caregiver’s lived experiences of their children with school refusal in a middle school. To find out what kind of life presented to primary caregiver, their thoughts and feelings, and needs or resistance they may encounter in the process. The study recruited four participants, collected data by semi-structured interview, and adopted a phenomenological viewpoint to analyze the data with the theme analysis method.

The findings of the study are categorized into the following four themes.
1. They encountered the new challenge of raising children, and faced both internal and external pressure.
2. It was difficult to take good care of children with school refusal, and the other family members were affected.
3. They would make changes to support their children, and sought multiple resources as they could.
4. They collected their thoughts, and looked forward to children’s well-being.

Based on the above findings, the conclusions are made as follows.
1. The primary caregivers faced the children's refusal situation, and endured the pressure both inside and outside the family at the same time. They had different negative emotions, and both physical and psychological were affected.
2. The primary caregivers changed their personal career and life arrangement in response to the refusal of their children. And the interaction of family members was affected.
3. The primary caregivers, in addition to stabilizing their individual status, were also seeking different resources to improve children’s learning, physical and mental status.
4. The primary caregivers adjusted their personal values from the pursuit of children's achievements to children of peace and joy.

Lastly, based on discussion of the findings, the study provided suggestions for future study and counseling practices.
