近年來由於民眾對運輸設備的需求量增加快速,交通工具甚為普及。而汽機車更是大多數家庭的基本通勤配備,以致輪胎使用率與淘汰率逐年增高,每年將近有十萬公噸的廢輪胎產量。廢棄輪胎未經妥善的處理,將會面臨嚴重的環境與衛生問題。由於廢輪胎數量眾多,使回收處理廠有時難以完成顧客所需的全部服務,此情況下,許多回收政策開始實施外部第三方的支援,將回收產品集中於第三方回收商,方便運輸與整理。台灣廢棄輪胎回收現況與第三方回收業者處理情形主要有以下問題待進一步探討,如:第三方收集的廢棄輪胎是否達到該產品的回收標準、處理程序之判斷等。
本研究將台灣廢棄輪胎回收現況與第三方回收加以整合,探討逆物流中第三方回收商和回收流程中的問題。透過訪談,蒐集處理方式和相關數據,同時探討政府官方廢棄輪胎回收的統計數據與次級資料,並利用統計分析探討相關統計檢定與迴歸預測模型。希望本研究可藉由資料之彙整分析結果提供未來政府機關與回收業者相關建議。
In recent years, due to rapid increase in the demand for transportation, vehicles and motorcycles become popular for most families, resulting in increased tire utilization and elimination rate year by year. There are approximately 100,000 metric tons of waste tire produced per year. If waste tires are not properly handled, they will bring serious environmental and health problems.
Due to the large number of waste tires, it is sometimes difficult for the recycling plant to complete all the services with demand of customers. In this situation, many recycling policies begin to implement external third-party support, and recycling products will be concentrated in third-party recyclers, easy to facilitate transport and finishing. The status of Taiwan waste tire recycling and third-party recycling deal with the situation mainly with the following questions to be further explored: the quality of waste tires for recycling by the third party, and the judgment of using proper recycling processes, etc.
This study explores the reverse logistics problems of waste tires and third-party recycling in Taiwan. Through interviews and collecting related data, and exploring the official government waste tire recycling statistics and secondary information, this study used the statistical analysis to explore the relevant information and regression prediction model. The findings can provide useful information for government agencies and recycling industry-related.
