臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

2013年筆者於嘉義縣警察局水上分局服務，發生手法兇殘震驚社會的「醃頭案」，偵辦過程屢受阻礙；同年亦發生台南仁德越南籍女子分屍命案，啟發筆者對分屍案偵辦的研究動機，期待類似案件發生時可增快偵辦進度，對案件偵破有所幫助。本研究文獻先探討殺人犯罪的概況及其偵查方法，因殺人分屍案件均是有計畫的湮滅證據，犯罪現場留下的跡證極少，甚至找不到案發現場，面對這樣的困境，希冀藉由犯罪剖繪找出犯罪者的心理痕跡，提供偵查人員縮小偵查範圍及釐清偵查方向，最後再分析殺人分屍的成因與偵辦技巧。
本研究以質性研究為主，分別以文本分析法、次級資料分析法、個案分析法進行研究，研究樣本為11件2000年以後，經最高法院判決定讞之殺人分屍案例及法務部法醫研究所鑑定報告，並輔以重大刑案採訪之電視節目，針對犯罪嫌疑人特性、被害人特性、案件特性三個面向進行分析。
研究發現嫌疑人特性有：(一)殺人分屍案件犯嫌以中壯年男性居多；(二)殺人分屍與職業、生活背景無必然關係；(三)犯嫌企圖以精神疾病為由脫罪；(四)犯嫌不一定有前科記錄，迄今未出現殺人分屍之累犯；(五)殺人分屍判決結果多為無期徒刑定讞。被害人特性有：(一)被害人大多為單獨一人；(二)被害人與犯嫌大多具熟識、親密關係；(三)被害原因多為口角爭執引起殺機；案件特性有：(一)查證身分為殺人分屍案件的偵查關鍵；(二)預謀殺人使用藥物迷昏被害人居多；(三)殺害工具大多為尖銳刀械；(四)分屍工具至少為為一種以上之尖銳刀械，且以刀子及鋸子居多；(五)分屍地點多在室內空間，且多在浴室；(六)殺害、分屍與棄屍地點的選擇多與犯嫌有地緣關係；(七)殺人分屍案件原因多為毀屍滅跡及方便運送；(八)通常有2個以上棄屍地點，且被害者頭身分離。
