含矽聚二甲基矽氧烷之衍生物、於個人護理化妝品的開發應用廣泛,逐漸扮演重要角色,可提供特別觸感,優易鋪展、長效保護等多功能,例如護髮調理的應用,和護膚應用中柔軟絲綢的觸感,本研究為瞭解不同含矽乳化劑結構於矽包水(W/Si)乳化系統中的乳化性能,選用不同含矽乳化劑結構、不同含矽乳化劑含量、包括水相與矽油/油相的成份種類、比例,外相和內相的性質不同,以及增稠劑的存在,並進行安定性、透明度、顯微鏡、黏度、粒徑分析,等探討參數的改變,影響最終配方安定性、外觀、觸感的特性差異並且利用折射率測定,減少油相水相的折射率差異,透過折射率調整匹配,開發出透明乳霜乳液,營造透明質感,增加化妝品產品不同應用的可能性。本研究期望可以有效運用各種不同聚醚含矽乳化劑,熟悉矽油包水(W/Si)乳化劑的配方技術,了解這些獨特矽氧烷材料所提供的性能優勢,藉由配方設計調整,瞭解結構和穩定性、外觀、形態、流變、黏度、粒徑等關係,以獲得相對較佳的穩定性、實用性和美學效果,增加未來有機矽乳化劑開發新應用的可能性,以滿足消費者對創新質地、觸感和性能改進的產品的持續需求,創造穩定及兼具附加價值的乳化體。


Abstracts in English

The derivatives of PDMS(Polydimethysiloxane, 聚二甲基矽氧烷) are popularly used in the fields of personal care products in the recent years , and play a more-and-more important role in the applications of cosmetic fields. They provide end products with better feel of touching, easy and smooth spread capability and long-lasting protection on the skin. Particularly in applications for hair care and skin care products.

This research differentiates the emulsification abilities, products stability, transparency, viscosity and particle sizes among silicone emulsifiers which contain variable silicone structure, emulsifier concentrations, ingredients of oil/water phase and thickener application. With the technique of refractive index matching , we expect our final formulation basing on skin sensation and visual transparency can be obtained.

Developing transparent lotion or cream may help creating different applications of cosmetics. Followed by researches on silicone emulsifiers with different polyethers, new base materials will certainly add a lot of varieties on cosmetic fields. With the understanding for the unique properties of silicone and proper adjustments of formulations, stable and aesthetically pleasing cosmetic products can be made. Fully utilization of silicone emulsifiers is highly expected to promote and satisfy consumers’ needs in the future cosmetics business.
