臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

隨著石油總量的減少和價錢的提高，人類開始尋找有效的替代能源，在汽車產業中嘗試過數種替代能源車種，例如瓦斯車、油電車等，但是以上車種依然無法完全擺脫對於燃料的依賴，直到1996年通用汽車推出了實用性高的EV-1純電動車才漸漸打開市場對於電動車的能見度，本研究除了比較傳統汽油車和電動車的差異外，也會簡述電動車在美國市場的發展史。

本研究特別以特斯拉，一家成立於美國矽谷的高科技電動車公司，作為研究對象，特斯拉獨特的策略定位模式和獨步全球的技術優勢為本研究深富興趣的主題，在主軸的部分將採用方至民教授提出的策略定位工具分析特斯拉的策略定位，配合Dunning學者提出的折衷典範分析優勢，將策略定位與優勢配合，分析策略與優勢間的關係。

本研究發現特斯拉靠著優異的電池模組技術和正確的內部化優勢，將鋰電池原本容易發熱產生危險的特性靠著獨家的保護以及散熱技術解決，關於造車成本和電池成本也因位選擇正確的內部化優勢，併購車廠並且興建電池製造廠確保產能以及成本的控制，特斯拉帶動電動車快速的發展，台灣的企業能以特斯拉的策略模式為借鏡，而相關的供應鏈廠商也應當把握這波電動車興起的風潮在零組件的技術和銷售上爭得一席之地。

Due to the decreasing of the oil resource and the booming price. Human being have searching for the substitute energy resource since long time ago. The automobile industry tried a lot of kind of substitute energy vehicle like “gas vehicle”、”hybrid vehicle”. However those vehicle could not get rid of the fossil fuel . Till the 1996 the General Motors(GM) released the practical electric vehicle named”EV-1”. With that amazing car, the customers were realize that the electric vehicle will be the “new age” vehicle.

This research learned that the battery-system technology and the right internalization advantages is the key to the success. To solve the cost issue Tesla had merge the automobile factory call NUMMI, and build a super battery factory. The electric automobile is rising due to the Tesla. Taiwanese corporation should study Tesla to learn the key of it’s great success. Also we have to hold this opportunity to create advantages in the electric automobile industry.
