近幾年由於人工智慧(AI)與金融科技(FinTech) 之爆炸性發展,以「自動化投資顧問 服務」提供客戶「完全經由網路互動、可全無或極少人工服務」的「演算法」理財建議已成趨勢。面對機器學習時代的來臨,投顧人力資源如何參與應變將成一重大課題。故本研究旨在探討理財機器人對於投資顧問人力市場之影響。
所謂理財機器人即是人工智慧與金融科技的結晶,其運用演算法,透過大數據及計 量模型,依據使用者之風險屬性,在不同策略或需求下推估當下最佳理財組合,並適時自動執行再平衡配置。
本研究為質性研究,透過深度訪談投資顧問,從商業模式、內部教育訓練、選材人格特質及服務提供等四大構面探討機器動力所造成的衝擊與投顧人力資源之因應。結果顯示,銀行的經營策略漸漸地轉向 B2C 與 B2B 兩路並進,在 B2C 方面搭配具有互補效果的線上數位行銷(digital marketing)以及線下基礎行銷(base marketing); 而在線上數位行銷能力的培養,首推「表達溝通」和「企劃創意」,此亦內部教育訓練之重點。有鑑於此,在人才選用上以對資訊安全及系統維護多能涉略者為佳。透過機器人理財,線上服務模式簡化複雜的投資,創造即時且一次服務多數投資者,擴大服務範疇。然而,以人(投資顧問)為主,機器為輔的策略仍是提供客戶更全面的財富管理服務之關鍵。

Due to the explosive development of artificial intelligence (AI) and FinTech in recent years, the “Robo-Advisor” provided customers financial advices through algorithm that “fully interacts with the Internet and can have no or little human services” has become a trend. No doubt, robots are having a transformative effect on the labor market and it’s a trend that’s likely to continue. Therefore, facing robots’ challenges becomes a major issue, it’s is why this paper aims to explore the impact of Robo-Advisors on the investment advisors manpower market.
The so-called “Robo-Advisors” is the crystallization of artificial intelligence and financial technology. It uses algorithms with big data and econometric models to estimate current best financial portfolio under different strategies or needs based on the user's risk attributes. In addition, it would automatically rebalance configuration at the right time.
This is a qualitative study. Through in-depth interviews with investment advisors, we dis- cuss the impacts of Robo-Advisors and their response to those impacts from four major di- mensions: business model, in-house training, personality traits for workplace, and service supply. The results show that the bank's business strategy has gradually shifted to B2C and B2B, digital online marketing and base marketing are complementary applied in B2C. In con-sidering development of online digital marketing, “express communication” and “planning creativity” are critically required for investment advisors and also addressed by in-house training. In view of this, the tactics for recruitment would place more capabilities on infor-mation security and system maintenance. With the use of Robo-Advisors, the online service simplifies complex investment, creates instant and one-time service for most investors, and expands service coverage. However, relying mainly on people (investment advisors), machine-assisted strategies are still the key to providing customers with more comprehensive wealth management services.
