公共自行車未來將成為公共運輸最後一哩路的運輸工具，然而公共自行車並不像其他大眾運輸工具，調整班次或縮短發車時間即可有效解決大量運輸問題。公共自行車為單人騎乘的運輸工具，所以對於每台公共自行車的掌握度就是重要關鍵，大多數的公共自行車調度系統可從後台系統資訊掌握約60%~70%的固定動向，剩下的30%~40%仍需仰賴調度系統進行即時調度之調配。
本次研究主要以臺北市公共自行車YouBike(微笑單車股份有限公司)調度系統為例。將探討Cyber-Physical System網路實體系統(簡稱CPS系統)內的「場站即時調度資訊」因無法獲得調度貨車相關位置，而導致數組調度人員前往同一租賃站點進行運送或補給作業，以及隨著租賃站點逐漸增加，列表式租賃站點資訊無法提供調度人員快速擷取所需資訊，造成租借次數損失、無車可借及無位可還的情形增加。
在導入改良後的YouBike Global Positioning System調度系統(簡稱GPS調度系統)，確實可因此減少上述情形之發生，本研究方法是以兩套系統進行相關成果研究比較，預期目的為導入GPS調度系統後，無車可借及無位可還的滿意度上升，進而增加租借次數之成效。

Public bicycles will become the means of transportation for the last part of public transportation in the future. Public transportation vehicles can effectively solve a large number of passenger problems by adjusting the shifts or shortening the departure time. However, public bicycles are a means of riding for one person, so the mastery of each public bicycle is an important key. Most public bicycle dispatching systems can grasp about 60%~70% of the movements from the background system information, and the remaining 30 %~40% still depends on the scheduling system for scheduling.
This study takes the Taipei City Public Bicycle YouBike dispatching system A case. Will discuss the "instant scheduling information" in the network entity system, because the relevant location of the truck is not known, and the dispatcher will go to the same rental site for replenishment, and as the rental site gradually increases, the list rental site The information could not provide the dispatcher with the information needed, resulting in a decrease in the number of leases and a lack of public bicycles.
The introduction of the improved YouBike Global Positioning System (GPS dispatching system) can indeed reduce the occurrence of the above situation. This study uses two sets of systems to conduct research and comparison of related results. The purpose is to introduce the GPS dispatching system and let the public bicycles No car satisfaction increased, and the number of borrowed cars increased.
