臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

隨著都市密集的發展，市中心的土地逐漸不敷使用，因此尋找新的、可發展的都市空間成為一個重要課題。火車站往往位於都市發展的核心，但一般卻僅將其視為單純的交通節點(node)，這樣是不足以解釋車站的，車站應該同時兼具地點(places)的功能，它是交通網絡中的節點，也是都市系統中的一個地點。以流動環境(mobility environment)觀點來看，車站除提供交通運輸的服務外，亦為都市活動發生的場所，在交通機能以外的站體空間應賦予不同機能，例如：商業、辦公、飯店、公共空間等，有效利用車站的區位優勢及匯集的人流，結合多樣化的機能及服務，提高空間的使用價值，成為新的都市發展空間。日本便是積極將車站導入各種不同機能的國家之一，除了有效利用站體空間，便利往來乘客，帶動車站周邊發展，提高土地價值外，並為鐵路公司帶來營收；其他歐洲及亞洲國家也不斷新增車站的複合機能，作為都市空間發展的延伸，臺灣則是近年才逐漸引入火車站的複合使用，但開發規模及複合使用之項目皆較為保守。
有別於目前研究多集中於車站周邊的規劃，本研究則以火車站之站體空間為主，藉由文獻回顧及案例分析歸納(1)火車站站體空間應引入之複合機能；(2)引入機能的空間規模及配置；(3)開發方式等項目，再藉以檢視板橋車站站體空間之複合機能使用是否合宜，結果亦可作為未來火車站開發及車站用地規劃之參考。

With highly and intensively extend of metropolis, there is no much available constructive space remain, therefore, finding and developing available sites at city center has become an important issue of a growing urban. Most of the railway stations are located at city center, yet we usually see it as a node of transportation network, however, it’s not enough to define functions of a railway station. From the perspective of mobility environment, railway station plays as a space of an urban system more than just mobility node, it should provide and serve city activities, i.e. space for retails, business and to rest. A railway station should combine and merge multi service and function because of its superb location and massive human flow. Japan is one of the countries to conduct multi-function to railway station by developing diversity services. By doing so, it can brings up property value of surrounding area and increase revenue of railway company. Other European and Asian countries also enthuse to increase multi-function to railway stations as extend of city center space. Taiwan also fallow the trend of developing complex of railway station, nevertheless, scale and function are limited. Different from other researches focused on surrounding planning of a railway station, this research aim to center on it’s interior space, by literature reviews and case study, we try to focused on (1) Complex function of interior space in railway station (2) Spatial configuration and scale of complex function (3) Assessments of developing method to provide example and guides of future development railway station.
