臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

為因應台灣加入世界貿易組織後涉外案件將愈來愈多，及各級法院自民國九十二年九月起全面實施「交互詰問制度」，推動國內刑事實驗室認證問題迫在眉梢，茲先以世界上組織最完善、標準最專業、運作最活絡的刑事實驗室認證機構，以美國刑事實驗室主管協會 / 實驗室認證委員會（American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors / Laboratory Accreditation Board , ASCLD / LAB）的認證標準：1.實驗室的管理與運作2.人員資格3.硬體設施等三大部分分類模式為主軸，分別介紹國內管制藥品管理局、ISO 17025及ASCLD/LAB的認證標準要求，再以ASCLD/LAB認證標準研擬深入訪談問題，針對國內主要刑事實驗室主管人員、司法界曾參與試行交互詰問制度的司法人員及國內實驗室已發展認證體系的主管級人員等為對象，作「質」的研究，冀盼能從各界受訪談專家的寶貴意見中，能了解國內刑事實驗室現況與ASCLD/LAB認證標準間之差距、凝聚各單位推動刑事實驗室認證的共識及研提未來推動刑事實驗室認證發展的理想模式，提供國內刑事實驗室有用的參考資料與建議，也藉本論文的研究，希望引起國內與刑事實驗室認證相關各專家學者的共鳴，致力於推動國內刑事實驗室認證工作，提昇國內刑事實驗室的鑑驗品質，迎接未來嚴厲的挑戰。
