臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

近年來，日本政府積極開放外國人才在日工作，提出放寬永住簽證申請等相關政策。另一方面，日本的留學生人數在2018年突破30萬人。由於具備日文能力與在日生活經驗，留學生成為日本企業積極延攬的對象。儘管獲得了進入日本職場的機會，但畢業後是否有意願留在日本工作，可能每個留學生考量的因素又有所不同。本研究則聚焦於臺灣學生的跨文化適應與社會支持對於畢業後留日就業意願的影響。
在研究方法上，本研究採取網路問卷的方式，針對目前在日本求學中的臺灣學生進行調查，共回收297份填答結果，其中有效樣本數為285份，並以敘述性統計、相關分析、順序尺度羅吉斯迴歸等統計方法進行研究假設的驗證。
本研究主要結果如下：
一、跨文化適應當中，「一般適應」與「互動適應」兩個子構面，對於就業意願皆具有顯著正向影響。
二、社會支持當中，「情緒支持」、「訊息支持」與「實質支持」三個子構面，對於就業意願皆不具顯著影響。

In recent years, the Japanese government has actively opened up foreign talents to work in Japan and proposed related policies such as relaxing the restrictions of application for the permanent resident visa. On the other hand, the number of international students in Japan has exceeded 300,000 in 2018. With Japanese language skills and life experiences, international students are targeted by Japanese companies. Despite having the opportunity to enter a Japanese company, each international student has different reasons for whether or not to stay in Japan. In this research, we focus on the effects of Cross-Cultural Adjustments and Social Supports on Taiwanese students'' intention to work in Japan after graduation.
In terms of research methods, a questionnaire was conducted on Taiwanese students who are currently studying in Japan. A total of 297 responses were collected and the number of valid samples was 285. Statistical methods such as descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and ordinal logistic regression are used to validate the research hypotheses.
The results of this research are as follows:
(1) “General Adjustment” and “Interactive Adjustment”, the dimensions of Cross-Cultural Adjustment, have a significant positive influence on intention to work in Japan.
(2) “Emotional Support”, “Informational Support” and “Instrumental Support”, the dimensions of Social Support, have no significant influence on intention to work in Japan.
