研究背景:空手道比賽中,選手利用高強度攻擊、防禦動作及低強度跳動動作交替運用,而間歇訓練的特性為在運動中以不完全休息的高、低強度相互交替訓練,能量供給模式與空手道的比賽節奏相似,本研究擬藉由設計高強度間歇訓練來提升空手道選手之運動表現。研究目的:探討8週高強度間歇訓練介入對空手道選手運動表現之影響。研究方法:研究對象為16名空手道對打項目男選手(平均空手道訓練年資介於4-5年),16位受試者隨機分組,實驗組為高強度間歇訓練組 (high intensity interval training group, HIT(n=8)),控制組為固定強度組 (constant intensity interval training group, CIT(n=8)),以無氧動力輸出的平均功率計算個人訓練強度,HIT組訓練強度以80%高負荷10秒、10%低負荷20秒循環運動180秒,休息180秒;CIT組訓練強度以33%持續運動180秒,休息180秒,每組每次共進行6回合間歇訓練,單次運動訓練時間為30分鐘,每週訓練3次,持續8週。運動表現檢測項目包括健康體適能、競技體適能、有氧能力、等速肌力測試。研究結果:8週高強度間歇訓練介入之前後測比較結果,HIT組在身體質量指數、肌力與肌耐力、爆發力、速度、協調、反應時間和無氧動力均達顯著進步 (p<.05)。結論:進行8週高強度間歇訓練後能有效提升基礎體能與運動表現,但對於有氧適能並無顯著效益。
Background: In karate competitions, players perform the high-intensity offensive/defensive actions, and low-intensity hopping movement. The characteristics of interval training are alternate training of high and low intensities with incomplete rest during exercise. The energetic supply system has similar pattern with karate competitions. This study intends to improve the athletic performance of karate players by designing high-intensity interval training. Objective: To investigate the effects of 8-week high-intensity interval training intervention on sports performance in karate players. Methods: The subjects were 16 male karate kumite players (average karate training ages:4-5 years). They were randomly divided into groups, and the experimental group was high-intensity interval training group. (HIT, n=8), the control group is a constant-intensity interval training group (CIT, n=8). The individual training intensity was calculated by the average power of the anaerobic power test. The high training intensity of the HIT group is 80% of maximum work for 10 seconds, and 10% of maximum work for 20 seconds. The training intensity of the CIT group is 33% of maximum work for 180 seconds. Each training session was executed 6-cycle interval training and 180-second for recovery between each set. They trained 3 times a week for 8 weeks. Sports performance testing include health-related fitness, skill-related fitness, aerobic capacity, and isokinetic strength testing. Results: After the 8-week high-intensity interval training intervention, the HIT group achieved significant improvement in body mass index, muscle strength and muscular endurance, power, speed, coordination, reaction time, and anaerobic power (p<.05). Conclusion: After 8 weeks of high-intensity interval training, it can effectively improve basal physical fitness and sports performance, but there is no significant benefit for aerobic fitness.
