This research is a study of the real action of management on the chess educational institutes. The Royal Chess Institute is as an example, the Royal Chess Institute from the planning to the formal operation of the process is divided into three stages, namely the preparation period, trial operation period, the official operation period. In this work I will explore the problems in each issue, to develop problem-solving plans and strategies, and finally do the specific implementation and review. In addition, I will also explore the market of chess education in Taiwan. As a manager and promoter of chess education, I also explore what strategies should be developed to successfully manage the chess institute and promote the market of chess education.
