The purpose of this study is to use a systematic review to explore the impact of athletes' life stress on athletes' negative psychology. The source of the search literature was mainly published by Pubmed, EBSCO and Google Scholar. Search for English research literature from January 1, 2000, to December 31, 2018, through the keywords Athlete, Life Stress, Anxiety, Injury, and Burnout. All research literature subjects must be athletes, and the results must have a clear narrative or data to explain the relationship between life stress and negative psychological factors. Furthermore, General review articles are not included in this study. After screening, a total of 15 articles were finally included in the study. The results of this study found that life stress and anxiety have a significant impact on athletes; life stress and burnout have a significant impact on athletes; life stress and sports injuries are significantly positively correlated with athletes at the high school level, but there is no correlation at the university level or above. The conclusion of this study points out that athletes will have various negative psychology due to life pressure. Coaches, parents and administrative staff should pay attention to proper counseling in this aspect to maintain athletes' psychological well-being.
