本研究目的在了解：一、成員參與Ullman讀夢帶領人訓練團體之生命轉化或影響；二、成員參與Ullman讀夢帶領人訓練團體之生命改變因子；三、成員參與Ullman讀夢帶領人訓練團體的感受與想法。以敘事研究方法探討一個長期性經營的Ullman讀夢帶領人訓練團體，希望深度瞭解團體成員在此訓練團體的獨特經驗。研究方法中，以立意取樣的方式邀請五位團體成員進行敘說，以半結構訪談大綱進行訪談。訪談資料以Lieblich、TuvalMashiach與Zilber（1998）的「整體—內容」與「類別—內容 」觀點進行資料分析。
研究結果發現五位團體成員讀夢之後的生命變化或影響有五點：（1）從忽視到關注；（2）從脫離到連結；（3）從受創到照顧；（4）從恐懼到力量；以及（5）從箝制到彈性自由。五位成員之生命改變因子包括：（1）相信夢的功能與價值；（2）與自己的內在有接觸；（3）主體的表達與客體的矯正性回應；（4）連結夢境與生活，產生獨特意義的詮釋；以及（5）能自我接納並以行動回應夢境啟示。五位成員對團體的想法和感受方面，包括：（1）團體能提供多元角度的投射觀點；（2）團體能提供安全感，能被信任；（3）在團體很有學習與收穫；以及（4）團體的氛圍像大家庭。

This study aimed to understand: (1) the life transformations of participants in an Ullman dream group leaders training program, (2) the factors that lead to change in these participants, and (3) the participants’ thoughts and feelings. Using a narrative research method to explore a long-term Ullman dream group leaders training program, this study hoped to understand the participants’ unique experiences. The study used a purposive sampling method to invite five participants to tell their stories using semi-structured interviews. Interview data was analyzed using Lieblich, Tuval-Mashiach, and Zilber’s (1998) holistic and categorical content methods.

The results showed the training group participants underwent five transitions: (1) from ignoring to paying attention, (2) from separation to connection, (3) from wounded to caring, (4) from fear to empowerment, and (5) from trapped to free and flexible. The change factors for the participants included: (1) belief in the function and value of dreams, (2) encountering oneself, (3) subjective expression and objective corrective response, (4) connecting the dream world with the awake world, creating unique meaning and interpretation, and (5) the ability to accept oneself and use one’s actions to respond to the inspiration from dreams. The participants’ thoughts and feelings included: (1) the group provided diverse perspectives for projection, (2) the group provided a feeling of safety and acceptance, (3) they learned and received a lot in the group, and (4) the group atmosphere was like a family.
