Abstract
In order to enhance the style of the work of the interior design of the vocational school, this study aims to design the design style curriculum and teaching activities suitable for the interior design students of the vocational high school student education through the development of the design style and the visual characteristics of the Western art history. Using action research, planning the various subjects of the course, and implemented in the third year of vocational high school students, the use of post-class feedback and student works assessment, supplemented by teaching and thinking analysis, put forward for the vocational high school students of interior design the conclusion and suggestion of the design style course.
The research purpose includes three points: 1. The design of students in line with the design style of the curriculum unit. 2. To explore the design style into the interior design of the implementation process. 3. According to the teaching process and student learning results proposed curriculum implementation conclusions and recommendations. After the implementation of the teaching process, review and analysis, research results can be summarized into the following points: 1. Continuing students' learning history, life experience, planning related design style courses, more able to meet the student level and easy to absorb. 2. The implementation process through observation, discussion, practice, can enhance students' interest and motivation. 3. Students for the design style of the creative performance of the course, to achieve the teaching objectives; but for its creative performance, there is still room for discussion. Therefore, it is expected that this study will provide the relevant teachers in the design group, and will be used as a reference for the design of the teaching activities and related courses. And for my project course teaching can be more sophisticated in the future. Keywords:Art Nouveau, Design Style, Action Research.
