本研究主要在探討鋼結構建築中柱基板的設計與分析。內容以美國鋼結構協會(AISC)所發行之 AISC (2005) , AISC (2011) 版本規範作為研究對象。所有這些版本的柱底板的理論都將被詳細地描述,包括柱基板的尺寸(N、B)與柱基板的厚度(tp),因為值不同,所以設計出來的基板有所差異,並藉由例題的演算更清楚地了解規範的意義,另一方面,探討對於抵抗彎矩的柱基板之設計,在不同偏心作用下,力量作用行為及設計方式進行介紹,而在偏心過大時,基板會產生翻轉,為了使結構穩定,需要在基板上使用地腳螺栓固定,而地腳螺栓的應用與設計也必須一併探討,最後通過例題對柱基板的設計步驟做一個完整的討論。
The objectives of this study are to investigate the design and analysis of the column base plates in the steel buildings. According to the version of AISC (2005) and AISC (2011) which published by American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) to be the object of this study. All theory of column base plates in these versions would be detailed, include the dimension (N and B) and the thickness (tp) of the column base plate. Because the value of  is different, the designed substrate is different, and by the calculation of the example we could know well about the meaning of the specification. On the other hand, when we discuss the effect of column base plate which caused to the moment, we also introduce the forces acting on the behavior and design methods under different eccentricities, and when the eccentric is too large, the base plates will have turned over, so we need to use the anchor bolts in order to make the structure stable. The application and design of anchor bolts must also be explored. The design steps of column base plates to do a complete discussion by the calculation of the example.
