對於餐飲業來說，美食是滿足顧客基本要素，經營者要以顧客為中心，重視顧客用餐的服務體驗，餐飲服務科技正在影響餐飲業，顧客意識到餐飲服務科技所帶來的便利，不必打電話預約餐廳，只要上網預約，不必再寫紙本點餐，只要用平板點餐就可以，發現出餐速度變快了，不必出門就可以在網路上點餐，現在還能夠透過行動裝置來支付餐點金額，為了深入了解餐飲業服務創新，如何應用餐飲科技，打造特色餐廳。

本研究以港都餐飲國際股份有限公司作為個案研究對象，透過文獻、個案研究法及深度訪談，來探討個案公司在服務創新如何創造競爭優勢。
研究結果發現：
1.港都公司透過多項服務科技建立服務創新，打造特色餐廳。
2.透過深入訪談，SWOT分析、商業模式、服務模型，找出個案公司餐飲服務創新。
3.個案公司想要以直營或加盟展店，需建立一套良好人事制度、服務流程、工作流程，提升團隊經營管理能力，達到預期獲利，保留優秀員工及盈餘，利於未來展店計畫。

The basic customer satisfaction in restaurant industry is delicious food. In the experience economy, managers should focus on customers and pay attention to the service experience of customers. There are many technologies transforming the restaurant industry. Customers can use online to offline service to order the restaurant and order the delivery, use the tablet ordering system to customize the food, and pay by the mobile devices. Customers feel more pleasure and convenience in the service technologies.

In order to realize the service innovation in restaurant industry, I select Gandou Seafood Restaurant company become my case study target. Through the reference research and the case study research method and deeper interviewing to discover the case restaurant how to progress service innovation.

By analyzing the case business model, SWOT analysis, service innovation to have diagnosis and analysis the key success factors and provide the case better suggestion, and have advice in business management.
