本研究旨在探討個人工作壓力感受程度是否會對失眠程度產生顯著的正向影響?其次,失眠程度是否會對工作投入程度產生顯著的負向影響?最後,探討情感氣質是否會對工作壓力感受程度與失眠程度間關係產生顯著的干擾作用?
本研究首先依據研究背景與動機,相關文獻及理論,進行蒐集、彙整與分析,以尋求初步的研究變數之概念,並根據文獻探討結果以確認欲研究的變數構念與相互關係,並建立實證研究架構與研究工具,且提出三項研究假設。最後經過一個月的回收時間共獲得350份有效問卷,有效回收率為95.26%,有效問卷共350份,有效回收率為96.67%。運用IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0統計分析軟體進行資料分析,以檢驗研究假設是否成立,最後,得到以下結論。
一、個人的工作壓力感受程度會對失眠程度產生顯著的正向影響。當個人對工作壓力的感受程度越高,失眠的程度也就越高。
二、個人的失眠程度會對工作投入程度產生顯著的負向影響。個人的失眠程度越高,對於工作投入的程度就越低。
三、不同的情感氣質會對工作壓力感受程度與失眠程度間關係產生不同的干擾作用。

The objects of this study aims to investigate whether different types of affective temperament will moderate the relationship between job stress and insomnia. Secondly, study investigated whether insomnia will influence job involvement.
This study begins with the background and motives behind the research, followed by relevant literature gathering, reading, summarization, and get initial concept. Then make sure the variables and the relationship between those variables based on the literature review. And constructing the empirical research structure and quantitative questionnaire, and then proposed to three hypotheses. Use one month to collect the data by questionnaires. We issue 380 questionnaire, 350 effective samples were received. We used the IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 software to analysis the empirical research to test the causal relationship and research hypotheses. Finally, the major findings were as follows:
1.Job stress of personal has a significant influence on insomnia. The higher Personal feelings of work stress will cause the higher Insomnia.
2.Insomnia has a negative effect on job involvement of personal. The higher insomnia will cause the lower job involvement.
3.Affective temperament has significant moderate relationship between work stress and insomnia.
