本研究係關於新型多功能手推車產品之研發,其主要目的是以Top-down design的設計原理來進行多功能手推車之設計與研發,以期發展出具有創意且多功能的生活產品,讓人們使用便利的工具並使工作更有效率地進行。為了達到此目標,本研究針對各種類型之多功能手推車之相關文獻,進行廣泛之蒐集並加以妥善地分類與分析,在眾多文獻中,可將手推車根據不同的功能性與機構特性來加以分析及探討其優缺點。依產品各項功能作分析之後,參考此分析結果,重新設計出一款整合多項功能的手推車,其最主要的功能包含兩輪手推車(hand truck)、四輪手推車(cart)、梯子(ladder)。
本研究依據創新機構設計流程,首先定義出主要之功能需求,再依照主要功能及需求尺寸來設計手推車的基礎架構,再架構完成後,設計一組機構來整合各項功能。基本功能設計結束,再依基本構型增加附加功能,附加的功能包含垃圾袋架、工作桌及椅子。最後在產品生產前,必須考慮各項成本、外觀設計以及依消費者的心態作考量,再將產品作適當的改變。
本研究並以Pro/ENGINEER繪製所設計之多功能手推車機構之3D零件圖與3D組立圖,之後再利用Pro/MECHANISM 進行運動模擬及驗證新型多功能手推車之作動情形,接著使用Pro/MECHANICA來進行應力分析。最後依3D的CAD模型製作出實體成品。
This thesis is the development of a new multi-purpose trolley. The principal is acting the design and development of a multi-purpose trolley based on principle of Top-down design. We want to develop the product that is creative and convenience. Using the product could be more effective to finish some works. According to achieve this goal, however, we research more related patent published and kinds of trolleys on-shelf in the market, synthesize and classify these paper, find out the advantage and defect. Refer to this result, designs a trolley has more functions. The functions include the hand truck, the cart and the ladder.
According to the design flow of creative mechanism, first, to define the main functional requirements, next to design the base frame of trolley. After finished the base frame to conformity each function. When the function design has completed, based on the frame to design additional functions that include the trash bag, work table and chair so on. Before the product has been production, it should have a adequate change allowing the cost, exteriority design and consumer mentality.
The product of this thesis had been build up its 3D model by computer aid Pro/Engineer Wildfire 2.0, and implement Pro/Mechanica to analyze stress, strain and displacement, so as to confirm the strength of the trolley. Meanwhile, the simulate function of Pro/Machanism is also used to process the simulation so as to ensure no interferes are involved or occurred. Last but not least, the physical mock up of the trolley is to testify this new design of multi-purpose trolley.
