史蒂芬•海勒是19世紀才華洋溢的鋼琴演奏家和作曲家。他的作品皆屬小品，纖細且具原創性，在當時受到名家的青睞。本論文將史蒂芬•海勒著名練習曲中的作品45、46、47、125做教學探討。

本文共分三章，第一章敘述史蒂芬•海勒生平和他作品形成的時代背景；第二章以作品45、46、47、125做教學探討，將曲中常用技巧手法分為：音階、琶音、半音階、雙手交叉或交替、雙音、保持音與持續音、同音反覆、掛留音、切分音、和弦、分解和弦、節奏、三連音、其他等十五種。第三章結語即為本論文是希望大家認識史蒂芬•海勒這位才華洋溢的鋼琴家、作曲家，讓其鋼琴作品能為大眾所彈奏，而讓不被世人所遺忘，讓鋼琴學習者彈奏練習曲時能克服練習曲為燥乏味的觀念，使練習曲能學習更加愉快。

Stephen Heller (1813-1888) is one of the talented piano music performing artists and composers of the 19th century. His delicate and talented short pieces have been dragged the attention of many famous musicians of his time. The purpose of this study is to generate interest in Stephen Heller’s piano music through an investigation of the Opus.45、46、47、125.

This document consists of three chapters. Chapter I provides a brief overview of Stephen Heller’s life and the background of his music. Chapter II provides the pedagogical research and analysis on his Opus.45、46、47、125, and illustrate the piano techniques of Stephen Heller’s character into fifteen as scale、arpeggio、chromatic scale、crossing hands、double stop、pedal tone、grace note、one-note repetitions、suspension、syncopation、chords、broken chord、rhythmic、triplet、others. Chapter III contains a summary and conclusions. The works of Stephen Heller should be continued to be introduced to the contemporary piano teachers and students of all levels. Instead of the mechanical skill that general etudes can only provide, the tranquility and colorfulness in his music bring the joy of playing as well as the above technical training.
