臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

隨著網路環境發展成熟，數位學習成為一種新的學習型態，近幾年來，各大學以及圖書館等教育單位均相當積極地投入數位學習的規劃與實施，數位學習管理系統則成為提供訓練、教學與管理相關事件的輔助工具。本研究透過國內外相關文獻分析，採用能藉由廣徵博意的「疊慧法」(Delphi Method)為研究方法，數次彙整專家意見，歸納數位學習管理系統的評鑑準則。本研究採用立意抽樣法，以輔仁大學為研究族群，選出具備推動數位學習經驗之教職員，經過徵詢同意之後作為專家小組成員共十九位，進行三回合的線上疊慧問卷調查。
研究進行的方式乃針對數位學習管理系統所使用兩大評鑑面向（含十大評鑑向度，53個項目）之評鑑指標設計成五點量表，讓專家針對各項評鑑指標進行反應。研究結果給予各評鑑指標保留情況建議，可以提供給大學推動數位學習計劃的相關人員，包括教師、媒體人員、以及圖書館等參考。

Along with the development of the technological application in education, E-Learning is becoming a new trend of learning. During the past few years, educational organizations, including universities and libraries, have invested much effort in implementing E-Learning into practical teaching and training settings. The development of various learning management systems have become a powerful tool to provide new way of web-based learning and teaching, as well as efficient course management. With the quick adaptation of technology, the quality of development and implementation need to be assessed systematically. The use of criteria for the evaluation of learning management systems becomes critical.
In order to determine the criteria needed for evaluating a learning management system, the study was conducted using Delphi Method to gather responses from experts. Nineteen participants of this study were faculty members from Fu-Jen Catholic University. The members of the Delphi group were those who were experienced in implementation of E-Learning at Fu Jen Catholic University (including teachers and system management staffs).
A list of questionnaire items (containing 53 items to reflect the use of evaluation criteria) were first developed from review of related literature, and then distributed to each expert through a web-based questionnaire. The Delphi questionnaire was distributed three rounds to experts to indicate a level of agreement (Likert Scale 1-5 point to express from “strongly disagree” to “strongly agree”) on each of the evaluation items listed. In each round, a statistical summary of previous round was provided. Experts could make revisions or persist on their previous responses. At the end of the study, summary of the results and implications for future adaptation of these evaluation items are drawn.
