臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

近年觀光旅遊業崛起及行動裝置普及，觀光旅遊網頁成為人們查詢觀光旅遊的重要途徑。本研究觀察現有官方觀光旅遊網站，發覺多數網站存在手機版與電腦版網頁操作及內容有不同步情形。因此本研究以響應式網頁設計技術（Responsive Web Design, RWD）開發適合觀光旅遊網站之跨平台網頁，透過使用性測試任務比較原手機版網頁及本研究設計之RWD版網頁，探討RWD技術開發網頁介面之使用者接受程度，並整理出適合觀光旅遊網頁之RWD技術介面設計。本研究參考現有「東北角暨宜蘭海岸國家風景區」網站進行分析及設計，並針對原手機版及RWD版網頁進行使用性測試任務。本研究透過受測者完成任務時間探討受測者操作網頁的情況，並以SUS系統易用性量表（System Usability Scale）了解操作介面之滿意度，最後進行開放式訪談，探討受測者在進行任務時遇到的問題。研究結果顯示，RWD版網頁使用性高於原手機版網頁，並可以較短時間完成使用性測試任務。

With the development of tourist industry and mobile devices, the tourism website has become an important tool for people to searching where they want to go. This study has found that most of the tourism websites nowadays have problem in both computer and mobile phone, which does not have synchronized information. For this reason, responsive web design (RWD) is proposed in this study to produce cross-platform tourism website. This study investigates the user acceptance and the usability of RWD on tourism website by comparing the original mobile websites and the new RWD website. This study uses Northeast and Yilan Coast National Scenic Area website to perform the usability test. This study uses System Usability Scale (SUS) to investigate the users’ satisfaction on the website’s user interface. Interviews are then given to collect problems encountered by the users. The result concludes that the usability of RWD website in mobile phone is superior than original website.
