下肢靜脈曲張發於長久站立工作或懷孕婦女，多見於下肢小腿。護理人員由於工作的特殊性，需長時間站立，雙下肢負重，患下肢靜脈曲張的風險大大增加，患病率可較常人高出60%，是下肢靜脈曲張的高危險人群。本研究擬在大規模採集影響護理人員下肢靜脈曲張的各種資料的基礎上，運用流行病學調查方法、統計學分析理論，綜合分析引起護理人員下肢靜脈曲張的各種危險因素，篩選導致護理人員下肢靜脈曲張發生的高危因素，鎖定高危人群。藉由本研究獲得的各種資訊和寶貴的臨床資料，將有助於我們指定護理人員下肢靜脈曲張危險因素評估量表，建立護理人員下肢靜脈曲張防禦機制等工作的開展。本研究所獲得的研究成果在護理人員下肢靜脈曲張的防治和監測中具有以下重要意義。另外，本研究的研究結果一方面對於後續研究者研究護理人員其它職業傷害具有一定參考意義，另一方面本研究運用的方法對於後續研究者研究其它人群下肢靜脈曲張患病情況也有一定啟發。
本研究於中部某地區醫院護理師共250員進行研究，並將其對應的資料逐一登記，包括護理師的性別、年齡等資訊。本研究共發放問卷250份，回收問卷246份，回收率98.4%。其中有效問卷246份，有效率100%。本研究發現（1）本研究分析了人口統計學變數對於護理人員下肢靜脈曲張情況的影響。本論文還通過單因子變異數分析研究了護理人員性別、年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀況、工作年限及主要親屬中有無下肢靜脈曲張病患等6個因素對下肢靜脈曲張症狀、職業傷害暴露情況以及防護措施採取情況等三大構面之影響。（2）本研究分析了護理人員之下肢靜脈曲張職業傷害暴露情況，結果顯示大部分護理人員之下肢靜脈曲張職業傷害暴露情況比較嚴重。大部分護理人員對於工作負荷、精神壓力以及人力資源配置情況滿意程度在普通及以下，也可以看出工作負荷、精神壓力以及人力資源配置情況對於護理人員下肢靜脈曲張發病率有顯著影響。（3）本研究分析了護理人員下肢靜脈預防措施採取情況，結果顯示穿醫用彈性襪等對於預防護理人員下肢靜脈曲張有良好效果，然而相當比例之護理人員沒有採取穿醫用彈性襪等有效措施預防下肢靜脈曲張，職業傷害暴露情況不容輕忽。

Varicose veins refer the illness people can't stand working, which is more common in lower extremity calf. Due to the specificity of work, long standing, lower-limb weight bearing, nursing staff suffers greatly risk of varicose veins, which is 60% higher than common people. The prevalence may be higher than those of ordinary people, which is the high risk population of varicose veins. This study proposed large-scale acquisition affecting nursing staffs for varicose veins on the basis of various data, using epidemiological study methods, statistical analysis, analyzing the various risk factors of nurses caused by varicose veins, filters result in caregivers of high-risk factors for varicose veins, locking at-risk populations. All information obtained through this study and valuable clinical data, and the risk factors for varicose veins will help us specify nursing staff assessment scales, and established the nurses’' defense mechanisms such as varicose.
This study will take place on nurses in hospitals in the central region with a total of 250, and corresponds to the data in registered individually, including gender, age and other information for nurses. This research has been issued 250 questionnaires, and questionnaires 246 recovered, with the recovery rate of 98.4%. Among these, 246 questionnaires are effective; with efficient rate of 100%. This study found that (1) this study analyses the demographic variables for varicose veins affect nursing staff. This paper analyzes nursing staff by gender, age, educational attainment, work experience, marital status and other 6 factors for varicose veins symptoms, exposure to occupational injury and protection measures take effect of three dimensions. (2) This study analyzed exposure occupational injuries of nursing staff of varicose veins, the results showed that most of the nursing staff of the varicose veins exposed occupational injury is more serious. Most of the nursing staff workload, stress and satisfaction in General and the distribution of human resources, which can be seen the workload, stress and human resource allocations for nurses ' incidence of varicose veins has a significant impact. (3) The research and analysis on the nursing staff of venous preventive measures taken shows that wearing medical socks, using elastic bandages for medical use for preventive care for varicose veins has good results, however, a substantial proportion of nurses wearing medical socks has been taken, using elastic bandages for medical use such as effective measures for the prevention of varicose veins, exposure to occupational injuries is not optimistic.
