在科技不斷變革與創新的演變下,網際網路的使用習慣漸漸由寬頻網路轉變成方便性較高的無線網路或行動網路,雲端運算的時代也在這個時候悄悄地揭開序幕,許多公司紛紛投入雲端運算的發展與應用中。教育界也在政府的主導下成立了一朵教育雲,期望應用雲端運算的特性,如高拓展性、易用性、可靠性與快速回應等等,使教育能達到無遠弗屆且方便有效率。因此,銘傳大學利用雲端運算概念的「雲端教室系統」打造虛擬運算世界,提供全校師生在雲端教室系統平台上可以直接使用的軟硬體設備,此外更提供專業套裝軟體的服務,使全校師生在教育與學習上提昇資源取得的便利性與有效運用。
雲端教室系統上線至今已有兩年時間,累積了大量的使用者與使用經驗,但系統的成功與否可能取決於老師學生的使用行為,因此瞭解影響使用行為的種種因素也成為了雲端教室系統成功運作的重要課題;因此本研究以資訊系統成功模式為理論基,並且加入雲端系統的特性因素,如:使用者的熟悉性與使用者信任程度,試圖瞭解影響使用者持續使用雲端系統的主要因素,提供適用於雲端系統的資訊系統成功模式給予學術研究以及企業作為參考。
The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that affect the cloud system and apply information system success model to a cloud system. In the literature reviews of the information system success model, it focused on the health care system and e-learning and rarely explore the impact of cloud systems. In this research, we use the information system success model as the theoretical basis, combined with the familiarity and trust to construct an research model to prove with. We collect the questionnaires from Ming-Chuan University cloud lab system users via online survey.273 samples, 212 valid questionnaires were analyzed. (SmartPLS as a main analysis tool to measure and analyze the SEM of questionnaires.)
