摘 要
兒童讀經近幾年在社區、學校逐漸興起，而發展的狀況與推廣方式，對學生、家長而言，有些人還會覺得陌生與不清楚推廣的意義。有感於現今社會亂象頻生，起因個人價值錯亂、家庭關係動搖、與社會正義不彰，造成人與人間的冷漠、不安、焦慮與猜忌。
教育是國家未來發展的希望，在這一、二十年來，當局對高教政策的鬆綁，並致力於國教九年一貫課程的改革，以提升整體的教育水平。然而，環顧社會問題卻不見改善，反而是日漸嚴重，如自殺人數高居不下、離婚怨偶逐年攀升、學子學習態度不佳、生活痛苦指數高升、偷殺搶騙的犯罪事件更是層出不窮。究其問題主因，乃是學校、社會長期對學子在品德與文化教育的輕忽。
崇德光慧讀經教育中心致力於親子讀經的推廣，密集培訓大批志工師資，投入在各社區、學校，廣設親子讀經班。結合家長與社區自發的力量，透由親子共讀的方式，讀經從家庭到社區逐漸擴展出來。期能傳承發揚孔孟大道，移風易俗，重新省思人性的價值與尊嚴，以改善社會不良之風氣。
本論文共分成七章，第一章為緒論，敘述研究的動機、目的、方法和取材的範圍。觀察現今社區、校園讀經風氣的興起，更以崇德光慧讀經教育推廣中心所推廣的親子讀經班，廣布在小學與社區開班，引起本人對其探究的動機，基於個人能力與研究時間，本論文乃以中心設在台北地區推廣親子讀經教育為研究的對象。
第二章為經書與兒童讀經，內容有關經書大義，及十三經發展的過程。說明兒童讀經的沿革與意涵，並對當今兒童讀經重要的推手王財貴教授，陳述其對讀經教育的原理與方法。
第三章為崇德光慧讀經教育中心之成立與推廣方式，說明創辦人陳鴻珍女士如何一生致力於文化教育的推展，並在全國成立八個中心和41個推廣處，致力於各地社區、學校讀經班的推展。志工經由基礎、特殊的教育研習過程，培訓出讀經的師資，及說明志願服務的意涵與社區教育的功能。
第四章為中心在台北地區推廣親子讀經教育的現況，每一年所舉辦的小狀元會考，已成為推廣中心年度的大事，說明小狀元會考的內容和評鑑方法。樹林市長陳世榮先生在讀經教育推展的具體作法，及其努力已獲得97年度北縣推展社會教育有功的團體。後以三多國小在推廣親子讀經教育為例子，說明推廣中心如何規劃讀經課程、班級經營與多元的活動設計。
第五章為討論讀經教育的價值，對於現今社會道德淪喪，社會規範與價值混淆的省思，如何提升人性的價值，以增進家庭教育的功能。並對固有的孝道文化與儒家的仁、義、禮的思想，加以整理說明。
第六章為讀經與當前小學品德教育的對應，說明品德教育的意涵，及九年一貫新課程實施品德教育的限制。並說明孔子的教育理想，透過有教無類與因材施教的方法，冀望弟子，人人成為君子。而親子讀經教育的推展，結合家庭教育與學校教育，以實踐孩子的品德教育，促進社會的和諧。
第七章為結論與建議，總結本論文所研究之觀點，及崇德光慧讀經教育中心在親子讀經教育的推展，對於提昇孩子品德素養的助益，總結本人的研究論述與建議。

ABSTRACT
Child Classics-reading education has become gradually popular in communities and schools. However, for students and parents, some of them are still not familiar with and do not understand the meaning of Classics-reading promotion. People may feel the chaotic situation of the society because of the false values, unstable families, and unjust society. At the same time, all of these cause the indifference, disquiet, anxiety, and doubt between people.
Education is the hope of the future of the nation. During recent twenty years, the authorities have loosened the control of education policy, and dedicated to the reformation of Grade 1-9 Curriculums for the upgrade of education. However, the social problems are not improved but deteriorated, such as the percentage of suicide rate, divorce rate, and crime rate are rising. Also, students’ learning attitude and people’s life are worsening. The main reason is the long term neglect of moral and cultural education from schools and society.
Today, Chung-De Kuang-Hwei Classics-reading Education Center dedicates to promote parent-child classics reading, and intensively train many volunteer teachers. It sends many teachers to many local communities and schools for starting parent-child classics-reading classes. Combining the abilities of parents and communities, through parent-child studying model, classics reading gradually expands from families to communities. Hope that the Tao of Confucius and Mencius will wildly propagate, the social customs will be reformed, and the value and dignity of human nature will be rethought.
There are seven chapters in the thesis. The first one is the introduction, and it states the motive, purpose, methods, and the material scope of the study. Today, the climate of classics reading has become popular in communities and campuses. Chung-De Kuang-Hwei Classics-reading Education Center’s parent-child classics-reading classes have widespread in elementary schools and communities, and that make me want to explore them. Because of the limit of time and ability, the study only focuses on Taipei Education Center.
Chapter two is about Classics and child classics reading. It contends the main ideas of classics, and the evolution of the Thirteen Classics. It explains the evolution and the meaning of child classics reading. The pushing hand of child classics reading, professor Cai-Gui Wang, also states the principle and methods of classics-reading education.
Chapter three is about the establishing and promoting ways of Chung-De Kuang-Hwei Classics-reading Education Center. It describes how the founder Lady Hong-Zhen Chen dedicated her life to promote cultural education, and classics-reading classes in communities, and started eight centers and forty-one promotion centers. This chapter also expresses the basic and special teacher training process for developing teaching personnel, and explains the meaning of voluntary service and the functions of community education.
Chapter four introduces the status quo of parent-child classics-reading education in Taipei. Yearly Little-scholar Examination is the most important event for the education center. This chapter also describes the process and evaluation method of the examination. The mayor of Shu-Lin town, Shi-Rong Chen, his efforts of promoting classics reading have been awarded by Taipei county. It also takes the promotion of parent-child classics- reading education in San-Duo elementary school, and explains how the promotion center plans the curriculums, manages the classes, and diversified designs activities.
Chapter five discusses the value of classics-reading education. It may upgrade the social morality, social order, the value of human nature, correct people’s value, and improve the functions of families. It also organizes the inherent filial piety culture, and Confucian thoughts of Benevolence, Righteousness, and Propriety.
Chapter six explores classics reading and the moral education in elementary school. It tells the meaning of moral education and the limitation of Grade1-9 Curriculums to moral education. It explains Confucius’ educational ideals about without giving up any students and teaching in accordance with students’ aptitude. Confucius hoped all of his disciples might become superior men. From the promotion of parent-child classics-reading education, and the combination of family and school education, children’s moral education will be improved, and the society will be more harmonious.
Chapter seven is the conclusion and suggestions, and it concludes all viewpoints in the thesis, and the help of the education for improving children’s moral quality.
